私も制作初期段階で、そのエラー文章が表示されましたが、原因は不明です。
一度その文章が表示されると、何度も表示してしまいました。
なので、PsychEngineのフォルダとは別に、事前に複製したもう1つの方に導入して、動かしたら直りましたので、一度試してみてはどうでしょう？
何度か試しましたが、恐らくフォルダ名が原因だと思います。
【FNF × Furry VTuber Vol.3】の「×」を消して、【FNF Furry VTuber Vol.3】に変えてからexeを起動してみてください。

You can play by putting the downloaded file directly in the mod file.
Rename, but only the first file should be renamed.
