Wow, Dark Lord Chaos. Thank you so much for showcasing my levels! 🙏🏼 It took me about a month to recreate the whole game. It was quite a challenge (but also a lot of fun) to recreate the atmosphere of the original game. I hope I didn't disappoint the fans of Castlevania too much. 😅 Keep up the good work with your channel! It really inspires me to make even more remakes. (PS: Someday I'll put them in a Super World together with my Mega Man 1 remake. I'm still hoping for an update, were you can upload more than 1 Superworld.)

This is great, I'm very impressed! I especially loved some of the enemy combinations to create the source material enemy behavior. Pay no attention to that troll in the replies. He/she/it probably doesn't even have Mario Maker 2 and Castlevania came out long before he/she/it was born.

You done did good, kid. My only complaint is that it seems a bit generous with the powerups for a Castlevania game. That said, I understand that a lot of modern players would complain too much if it matched the original game's difficulty.
One question though: How'd you get the game to play Castlevania music? Is that an actual thing in Mario Maker now?

Wow, I have to say, making the staircases out of bridges instead of semisolid platforms so that the semisolid platforms used to make the background don't start going crazy and disappearing is absolutely genius. Probably gonna have to start incorporating stuff like that into my own levels now.
