Panko, you are so much more than just your English. You are a wonderful daughter to your parents, a caring owner to your pets, a great friend, a valuable coworker, and a beloved oshi to tens of thousands of fans. You are a good and worthy person, Panko.
One of my favourite parts was when Panko managed to be so absorbed in explaining her story that she barely noticed of how the focus of the video was a guy slicing pineapple was on the video. It was a cosy stream, and I love your English. There's plenty of English people out there who speak no other language who have harder to understand dialects and can sound much more ESL than yourself. Besides that, being able to pick up the language so well is a skill that most people wish they had, so Keep it up Panko!
Panko is my comfort streamer. She can literally stream paint drying and still make it the most fun stream just because she's that entertaining. Keep being awesome Panko.
52:45 - 54:54 missing segment for live watchers (Got ‘Stream suspended for policy violations’ during live at this moment) Also Panko, don’t feel too bad about yourself because we always got your back
Your english skills are absolutely incredible tbh, saying this as a fellow Italian who has spent the past 7+ years speaking english every day thanks to friends from all over the world that I met through video games (I still have a weird accent that I can't get rid of and I pronounce words wrong all the time, and that's fine as long as people understant what I'm trying to say). Also when I found your channel I 100% thought you were a native english speaker. Quindi non preoccuparti e continua a fare quello che fai che vai alla grande!
Hey Panko, just got past the part where you were talking about someone putting you down for your English skill, and honestly everyone here is doing a great job of pointing out that, in fact, you are doing a great job! Just after that you were talking about being too shy to collab: nearly every vtuber says this, and nearly all of them are EXTREMELY happy to be invited, but are too shy to ask. That doesn't make it easy, and people have busy schedules, but I think most people really do feel good when you say you want to spend time with them. I know it's different, since a collab makes it content, which means its business, and that can make it feel colder or more manipulative - but even then, if they're shy too they'll often jump on it. Especially within Phase, you probably don't have much to worry about. But even outside, if you ask for a collab but then make an effort to just talk with them outside of the collab - not even about work things - people enjoy that a lot. Not trying to tell you how to live your life, and I have a hard time with self confidence myself. But reaching out to connect with people is rarely bothersome, and it's worth trying to remember that.
You are so good with english that for me (a fellow ESL) is possible following you with no effort at all, this was a reminder to always strive to improve one's life and i got out of the shell and wrote in a live chat for the first time, so yeah, on top of what sumrix said add this tiny badge and when you feel to be under the weather again rememeber that there is a basket of ringos always happy to help you with snowmens and nothing can take you away these memories. So be always proud little Banko 💚
Come italiano che parla inglese, non ti preoccupare panda, anzi ammiro la tua determinazione nel volerlo parlare, continua cosi è mostra al mondo quanto sei veramente grande piccolo panda!!
Thank you for streaming, Panko. I know I said before that you helped cheer me up a bit, but that is still the case. Sorry I'm not my usual self, in truth someone broke my heart and I just failed my driving test today (nerves mainly), but watching you does push me to try and make jokes again in this space away from it all. Don't worry about being off the next three days, it's fine.
Thank you for the stream, Panko! My dad and I love to watch street food videos (only while we’re eating because we’d get too hungry). I’ll have to ask my dad if he has any more stories of his culinary adventures in Italy! P.S. - I love hearing you speak Italian words. One of these days, I’ll have to learn Italian. It’s such a beautiful language!
Thanks for today's stream. As always I am never able to watch nowadays because of work, but the VODs are always great. I love watching when I can when I'm not too tired after work.
If you want an idea of how good your english is: 1. I couldn't pin down your accent when I started watching you, until you SAID you were Italian. 2. The one clip (so far) that I've posted of you... I had A.I in Premiere generate the subtitles, and there were no errors. So the A.I knew what you were saying as if you were a native speaker. 👍
1:09:34 omg those look so good and I'm always a little jelly of how good your english is, but it's motivating too, 1:21:54 this is so relatable the grandma story
This was great! I hope you enjoy your away time or vacation or whatever it is! You make our lives better and we cherish you for it! You know I was watching a VOD of MariMari_EN who was playing food guesser (like geoguesser) and her second one was Arrosticini, a lamb kabob coated in olive oil and garlic. I saw it mere hours before I watched this. I thought I saw it when we were looking at your street foods from Italia, so maybe there is some reality to Italian Kabobs. I want to try it! I adore rome, always been a dream to visit there for sure! Thanks for showing us around a little. Hope we get to see more guided tours from you! Just hanging out is such a delight, truly!
Oh btw, the thing with English accents is it's really dependent on who you speak to. A lot of more middle or upper class young people tend to speak a bit more clearly while lower class and older people tend to speak in very broad accents (then there's the chavs who are illiterate). However, you probably find English accents more difficult to understand because you're not as exposed to British media, whereas you're exposed to American media all the time (so American becomes your default sound for the English language, and it means common dialect words will be less familiar). Also, considering all the native English speakers you know in Phase Connect are either American, Canadian or Australian, you won't be as familiar. That and in England we speak very quickly, kinda like how you speak Italian, whereas Americans speak very slowly (it makes them sound ESL to me because it's like they're struggling to speak English whereas the way English people speak sounds more natural). Oh and Americans like to say that American accents reflect how English used to sound... that's only partly true. American English dialects have retained some elements of how English used to sound, but also has discarded others so in other ways it's completely different. Modern English dialects have done the same, but some English dialects are far closer overall to how people used to speak than American dialects (like mine retains very strong Norse influence). It's a silly topic anyway because the closest thing to Old English you'll find today isn't even English, it's Frisian. xD
Thanks for fun stream Panko, we got to see a lot of tasty food today. I think im going to try and making a Suppli now. Cya when you get back on the 21st. OtsuPan Word of the day: 2:33:26 cucinare
I should have SC/MC my message but others were saying similar things. Going back on when you saw that one comment that said your English wasn't improving etc and not collabing - I think this is utter nonsense and not true at all. If I didn't know you were Italian and not EFL, Honestly I wouldn't know you were ESL your English is just that good. It's only when you ask how to pronounce certain words that it becomes obvious (It shocked me how fast you progressed from when you first started streaming). You have a very unique accent, - & that's why sometimes people are surprised when you say you're Italian (Unique accent + Good Fluent English). I love you, your accent and your streams a lot Panko
Please if you want react to FRANCHINO IL CRIMANALE, he is a food blogger who finds the best places to eat well and at a good price around Italy. With some friends we went to eat in the province of Bari following his advice and it went very well ^^ Thanks for everything, bye from Italy :3
I love how proud Italians and French are of their cuisine. Both are top class.

I want to see Panko go over American accents (Mainly I want her to hear more of the weirder accents from America)
Oh btw, the thing with English accents is it's really dependent on who you speak to. Pretty much a tasty video. Thanks as always, Pank! Te doy 8 milanesas de 10.
28:39 It's not that everyone has the same accent. It's just that some accents are over represented and that's what foreigners get to hear
moooooooooo 🐄🐄
