I miss this style of talk show like Larry King. A more serious and traditional way of interview, without all that jokes like Jimmy Fallon style. And Linda seems to be a very honest and down-to-earth woman. She was very good for Elvis, I didn't understand why they broke up and he stayed with Ginger.

Linda sure is a beauty. I had no idea she was so amazing. Thank you for this awesome channel. It is only now after Lisa Marie's untimely and very sad passing that I am getting into the Presley history. Though I have always loved Elvis, I never did a double-deep- dive into his life. I knew the usual stuff like he was such a generous and kind man, that he loved God and his mama, etc. SOOO many of his songs make me cry like a baby my whole life. Often I cant listen when I am driving and stuff because I cant help but be seemly moved by his soulful voice. He has always touched my soul but NOW I get to learn so much more The morning of August 16, 1977, I remember it was a hot Sunday morning in NYC and I was a 14 and my heart just sank and broke. I have one of his original albums and I treasure it, gifted to me by a sweet ex boyfriend who dedicated to me the song- "Love Me." Ahhh young love. I wish I could have a do-over. One sad fact about life is there is no going back...guess thats a good thing too! God knows best. RIP-ELVIS, BENJAMIN, LISA MARIE. ❤❤❤🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽✝✝✝Thank you very much and God bless you.

I think he was genuine when he met new women..but may have needed the constant new challenge to keep his own life exciting! Elvis gave his love life up to his fans from the beginning!

She’s the only one I believe. If you watch some of her earlier interviews. Her story never ever changes and she is still just as precise, in every interview.
It was very hard for her to walk away but she said after she realized he was self destructing she just couldn’t watch it.
In one nterview or video I watched one of Elvis’s crew said he had decided it was time to end it and that he knew she wanted marriage but actually she had made a decision that she didn’t want that any longer. That she didn’t want to raise children with someone who slept all day and was up all night! But that
is when she also realized he was taking pills to sleep and taking pills to wake up.
His doctors killed him.
The last 6 months he was alive he was prescribed over 5000 Class A narcotics.

Linda Thompson was one of the best things that ever happened to Elvis.She truly deeply sincerely loved and cared for him and actually saved his life many times during the years they were together.If it hadn't been for her we might have lost Elvis alot sooner than what we did and I believe had she been there towards the end instead of Ginger Alden that tragic heartbreaking day wouldn't have happened.

I was lucky enough to take the tour of Graceland in 1985. My favorite room of the “house” was the Jungle Room - because of the waterfall.

Linda is beautiful and intelligent and an honest soul. Women were different then perhaps more naive but this beauty was way ahead of her time

If he asked me why I became to silent I would say...."Because every time I open my mouth you interrupt me!" Then I would probably tell him he is rude by interrupting, I would get up and walk out and never, ever want to be involved in any other interview with him ever again!!

Linda Thomas isn't what you would call pretty, but she has a heart of gold. I was surprise to find Linda cheated with Elvis' piano player David after doing research. She claimed she left him b/c of his addiction to prescriptions, but she left Elvis after the fling with David. Linda also states she was young when she met Elvis, but she was 22. During that time period that wasn't what you would call young . Girls 25 or older were worried if they hadn't found a husband. Pricilla was just about three weeks into her 14th birthday when she met Elvis. Now. That's young!

I’ve never understood how the popularity of LK caught on…he continuously interrupted guests.
Being a military brat and having family from the eastern state between the north and south. If you are a yank the military will turn you into a southernor. I truly believe that she loved him deeply and tried her best to look out for his health. But give the girl a break! She was only 21 years old when he died and didn't have any experience dealing with anyone who obviously had addiction issues. Elvis did not even want to get married to pricilla but he was under pressure from colonel and Priscillas parents. Elvis had alot of girlfriends especially on tour. He had evryone from actresses to the he haw girls. I think elvis would have lived a little longer if he was still with linda. His daughter Lisa inherited the majority stock in possessions and money and Graceland (which is rightfully so) Priscilla was the executor and all reverted to Lisa at age 22. This was Elivis' wish. 15% of his money and other memorabilia was evenly disbursed to mbrs of his band and close friends. Trust me, many were well looked after.
No, read Elvis' will. It's public record and easy to find. He left Vernon in charge with a bank as backup. It was Vernon who later let P be in charge. And she is Lisa's other parent so she made money handling Lisa's inheritance.
His last will, apparently unlike earlier ones, left nothing to his friends. It all went to Lisa, except for taking care of Vernon and a few close relatives.
Lisa Marie got her inheritance at 30. Elvis did leave the estate to his father, Vernon Presley, and Lisa Marie. However, Priscilla Presley took over Elvis' will when Vernon died in 1979. Eventually, she and other executors helped grow the Elvis Estate to a reported $100 million
The Elvis estate did an good job of suing Col Tom Parker and getting a lot of Elvis’s music and merchandise rights and royalties back. Priscilla was a great business woman. Great woman ❤

@@abc-wv4in all those stories about Elvis being married has many interpretation some were bitter towards Priscilla but in my opinion he really loved Priscilla the first time she met her,groomed & cared for her before marrying her, he could have change his mind in that 4yrs while she was living in graceland while he fooled around with women who wanted to be with him, but he did marry her not by him being forced but his own decision.this id Elvis & Priscilla's destiny to be Mr & Mrs Presley.Linda & the rest of them are just substitute.of course Elvis liked them but not loved them his true love was Priscilla. This Linda left Elvis too & she was saying in one of the interview she got tired babysitting him & do not want to see him dead on her watch.another story was Elvis men said that 4yrs with Elvis was just the time she could stayed with Elvis because reaching 5yrs has something to do with financial settlement in case they separated.so expensive.i think nobody can take the place of Priscilla in Elvis life.His songs were about his separation from Priscilla & he missed her & wanted his family back.those other women were just temptations that is why Elvis life went downhill after his divorce.
