Smoked Dino Ribs | Beef Short Ribs on a Kamado Joe

In this video I'll be cooking up smoked beef short ribs, also known as dino ribs, hot and fast using my Kamado Joe ceramic grill. I love beef ribs because you get pretty much all of the brisket deliciousness but, in a shorter amount of time and they come with a built-in handle!

Thank you! I’ve yet to find a real con to the KJ. I’m sure its probably very much the same with the other big brands but at the price and the number of accessories that come with, it’s hard to beat!
