I Tried Past Life Regression

  • In this video, I experience a past life regression! Past life regression is when someone is able to remember experiences from a previous life, usually through the process of hypnosis. Although the concept of reincarnation has ancient roots, past life regression hypnosis has really only been around since the latter half of the 20th century through the work of psychiatrists such as Dr. Brian L. Weiss and Dr. Ian Stevenson.
After reading several books written by Dr. Brian L. Weiss, a psychiatrist who documented hundreds of cases of past life regressions in books such as "Many Lives, Many Masters" and "Same Soul, Many Bodies" I was too curious not to dig deeper. I dove into more research on this topic and I decided to try out past life regression for myself.
I found a psychologist in the LA-area named Dr. Davina Kotulski, who is certified in past life regression hypnosis and trained with Dr. Brian Weiss himself.
Try a virtual past life regression session with Dr. Davina Kotulski!
    www.davinakotulski.com/pastlife
This video not only shows my experience trying past life regression, but also some of the research I found through studying the topics of reincarnation, past lives, and past life regression hypnosis and therapy.

I am thinking about launching a Patreon to support the creation of videos on this channel! I am thinking about what kind of special offerings you might want?! Here is one I thought of: would anyone be interested in me including uncut versions of the stuff I try (for example an unedited version of the whole past life regression) or even videos where I talk even more in-depth and candidly about these experiences?! Let me know!

I was just like you, originally intuitive and wanted to know more, so I tried it. I went to a very reputable regressionist and had a regression. It went just like you discussed except for me the emotions were not as intense. After I was brought back, I told her that it felt like I made it all up. She said that I couldn't have because I was in the beta wave realm. I spoke of this man whose last name was the same as mine today living in Paris 1792. I was in an acting group that performed for the king and elite groups around Paris. I was considered an aristocrat by the French Revolutionists and carted to the guillotine. -------------- I basically wasn't convinced until several months later. I picked up a France Today magazine and flipping thru I stumble upon an article that discussed the entertainment of the elites and thst some were put to death for this association of wealth. I looked up the names listed a the Place de la Concorde ( the prison Bastille) monument. My name was there. The name I said. Now, I also said I was from Bordeaux and that my sister was my sister then too. One day while talking she said she wanted to vacation somewhere and I asked where do you want to go. She said I've always wanted to visit Bordeaux. I just froze... Never said anything to her about the regression. So, I could not have known all that to make it up. It came from somewhere...now I do believe they are legitimate. You may find your truth when you least expect it... I did.

I will doubt spiritual experiences because as you said, they are usually based on your imagination... Now... As cool as that sounds... there is a problem with that.. Imagination can sometimes be unreal.. Like.. If I imagine that there is a ghost living in a hunted house, That doesnt rly mean that ghosts exist!! Yes, thats what creates karma.. REGRET. In my research, all my regressions that I have executed for over 25 years, the prevailing theme that people speak of is .. REGRET.. WHY didn't they do this, and not that? Why did they do something they wish they hadn't? Or said something they wish they hadn't, or wish they had expressed something that they never did, or left someone when they should have, or stopped something from happening, or stood up for themselves or someone else. Its always regret.. so have the presence of mind in this life to leave only positive footprints in the sand, and say what you want to say, because you may never have a chance to say it again. Also, appreciate and spend MORE time with your parents, and siblings, because young people take them COMPLETELY for granted, and in the end, our main focus usually, is wanting MORE TIME.. with them.

You don't need to be afraid. When you are hypnotised or "go under," you will most likely feel relaxed and peaceful and it's a lot easier to let any anxiety go. Also, if you want to stop the process at any time, all you need to do is say "fully awake" and you will snap out of it.

@@maelynramirez2652, I was too, I thought I would be controlled, it's not like that at all, and all it takes to come out of it is to say "fully awake." The other thing is if you're not in the frame of mind or mood to be hypnotised - if you don't want to be hypnotised, you CANNOT be hypnotised. It involves your full cooperation, you cannot be forced into hypnosis, and you can exit yourself from hypnosis at any time. It's also very calming.

When I watched your video, I remembered one of the more interesting events of my daughter's childhood. When she was two and three years old, she would occasionally have night terrors. One time she started screaming and I rushed into her room to comfort her. She was still in the dream state, but her eyes were wide open. She was trying to look around but couldn't see her room. She was still seeing the dream. I talked to her and she could hear me, but not see me. I kept telling her I was right there. I kept saying, "You are looking at me. Let yourself see me, I'm here."
She responded, "Where, Daddy, where are you? I can't see you." I told her to look straight in front of her, that I am right here, straight in front of you. "I'm here. I'm right here." Finally her vision overcame the dream and let her brain process seeing me. She reached out and we hugged. When I asked why she was so scared, what the dream was about, she told me she was upset about losing her parents. Huh? I was her parent.
She explained that the dream was not about me and her mother now, she was dreaming about her other parents from before she was born to me and her mom. That was a weird, really weird thing to hear a three-year old say, especially since she had never heard the words "past life," much less understood the concept at only three years of age.
She told me about the parents she used to have and said they were really nice. She said her grandparents then were not as nice as Pop and Mamma, but they were still nice. And when she realized she would never see her other parents again she started crying. We hugged until she settled down. A few years later, when she was five or so, I mentioned the dream but she couldn't remember anything about it, and never mentioned her previous parents again.
So, did she have a nightmare where she dreamed up fictional parents then realized she would never see them and her three-year old brain got terrified at the idea of losing parents, even fictional dreamed up ones? Or was she remembering a past life? I lean toward option one, but I will never forget that moment and the chills up my spine as my three-year old daughter talked about the parents she used to have before she was born to me and her mom today.

Remember he is only 4 and had never been to France. I gently took him in my arms and explained that i was him mum now and that it was fine to talk about his other mother. He cried and then settled down and went to sleep. I got French language tapes, he showed no interest and in fact hated French at school and loved German. So pleased my husband witnessed it. Liam Collier yes. That far. I would know. Science is a mafia today in how far they go censoring whatever they don’t “ like”. All based on feelings. My “ Awsome science” playlist is evident of how far mainstream science has gone in dismissing stuff based on pure feelings and emotions and “ trend”. So unscientific.

I had a three hour regression session done and it was both scary and spectacular. I experienced 8 individual past lives. While I don’t know if it was just my brain being overly imaginative, or if it was genuine it was still an amazing and very insightful experience that I would thoroughly recommend.

A typical, condescending, arrogant, moron, who thinks everyone is supposed to know uncommon information otherwise they are idiots, and gets triggered over stupid crap. Back pain, insomnia, and sleep paralysis are more common if you sleep in a bed, than if you sleep in a recliner. Lucid dreamers have to learn how to keep themselves calm once they realize they are in a dream, because it's really easy to hit the panic button and start trying to force yourself awake. I got sleep paralysis almost every night for a long time. I eventually managed to train myself to quit panicking, simply by just using the lucid dream to give me something I wanted to experience, that I could not do in real life. Such as shooting lightning from my hands, flying, time traveling, intercourse with a model, beating up someone I did not like who is bigger than me, or visiting another planet. You have to learn to make the lucid dreams fun, rather than anxiety inducing. Once I managed to master that I have not had sleep paralysis since then.

I think it makes a lot of sense when thinking about how we are formed by evolution to have natural reflexes and fears for certain things etc. It's past through experiences from generations waaay back and it's really all in there, we just have to go very deep in our mind to reach it.

I've tried past life regression hypnosis before, and not gonna lie: It was a super intense and emotional experience. I saw myself as a man (in my 30's or 40's) living in Germany (I assume it was germany because I was wearing lederhosen). I was in a grassy area with a pond nearby. There was a woman and an old man in a row boat on the pond. The woman was wearing a white dress and had dark brown hair, and her name was Mina. I'm not sure if she was my wife or girlfriend, but I knew I loved her more than life itself. Then I saw the boat tip, and she drowned and died. I was running to save her but was too late. Then I woke up screaming her name and crying, and I just kept saying "please come back". I have no idea if my brain was making this up or not, but I still feel sad when I hear her name 😥
Edit: I just looked it up and it turns out the name "Mina" originated from Germany, sooo.... it was definitely germany lol.

If that happens don't panic 'cause your emotions are your strenght or fuel, If you have fear you're easy to mess with, and as you can't move your physical body try to invoke a superior strenght; from mantras, sutras, fill your mind and soothe your emotions with something you love, music is very good in this, or God, or some other god, something beautifully strong.
Well, and I don't know about hypnosis but if there's someone else that can make you feel safer just in case, cats are good companions!

Two of the children were sitting at a table with me and the third child was sitting in front of a fireplace on the floor in the same room. I just had the feeling that nothing was ever going to change. This was my life. I had accepted that and resigned myself to it. It almost felt like I was defeated. You could have just typed in past life regression hypnosis on youtube and did this for free. I have been doing this shit since I was 16 years old. I am 22 now. For whatever reason I have always just believed in past lives & have been so interested in it. I know about reincarnation, pre birth memories, astral projection, spirit guides & so much more over years and years of research. I'm so spiritual that I honestly want to somehow make a living off of it. I love reading tarot cards & giving psychic readings lol. When you really get into it, it explains a lot. You get karma from past lives. The lives you lived in the past aren't always going to be important people that you can find. I was a Korean army soldier in a past live. I had a dream about laughing in line near my friends but as soon as someone important came out I was soooo serious! I saluted right away. I had another life right before this one. I was kidnapped by my mothers best friend who lives right up the street from me. You can recognize soulmates from other lives in this one during regressions. You feel their soul energy. Just to put this out there also we have so many soulmates. Karmic soulmates, twin flames, soul family & romantic soulmates. Our parents, siblings, extended family are all soulmates too. Even pets! Soul mates are people you met in past lives lol. So if you believe someone is your soul mate please make sure you believe you've met them & have most likely had many many lifetimes with them. When you die & grow up into a new life as a new person and decide to do a past life regression maybe you will remember this life. I don't know. Your children in your past life can come back as your children in this life! or they can be your mom, dad, sister, brother, cousin, etc. You make contracts with the people you met in past lives before birth, lol. You just don't remember. Think of that next time you meet someone that feels so familiar to you. I hope i'm reincarnated when I die. I hope the wheel of fortune is good to me. I've had a good life so far. I know everything i have learned in this life most likely will come so easy to me in the next if I have to deal with the same challenge. I have way to much to say about this stuff.. Look it up! I can pretty much tell you anything you need to know lol. Message me if you have any questions or want a tarot card reading :) wonderful video girl!

I had this done to me. I'm also very spiritual and had a huge awakening in 2014. I've always been very psychic and not like the psychic as doing readings etc. The visions just come to me. Also when I close my eyes I get these vivid photos of certain places and objects, sometimes people. I also Astral project. I know that I've always been different then others my whole life. I can see auras, used to see them really well until I started eating junk food. I notice when I eat healthy and take care of my body my gifts are so amplified, to where I can see colors radiating from my body in the pitch black. I remember begging God as a child not to draft me into the military. I also begged him to let me live past 40yrs. You know what. A few months before I turned 40, I died suddenly from aspiration. I got food poisoning and went to sleep and aspirated. My boyfriend found me just in time and called 911, I was then hospitalized for two weeks because I wouldn't wake up and would come to continous. In that time I was in a white capsule looking thing and some people were around, they would talk to me with their mind, not with words and vice versa. It was crazy.
For my past life hypnosis, I was a man, working with Tesla and electricity, then my second experience I was a woman in a old home back in the 1800's early 1900's holding a baby boy looking out over the pastures. I believe I was waiting on my husband to return home. My last experience was newer. In the 60's or 70's. I was a younger woman driving a big car like they had in the 60's 70's and my car fell off of the bridge. I drowned and right before I woke, I looked in the back seat and I had a baby a baby boy. In this life I'm 41 female with a boy and a girl.

For most of my adult life I've had a sharp pain just under my ribs on the left side. No one could find a cause and it had persisted for years.
One day about 20 years ago (I was in my 50's at the time) a friend loaned me a past life regression tape designed to help heal from past life trauma.
I didn't know if I believed in it or not but I was willing to take a chance.
During the regression I was asked to speak of the discomfort, after which I was taken to a world map and told to place my finger on the map at the place where I knew my answer would be.
I was amazed when without thinking my finger went immediately to West Africa. When I was directed to go to wherever I was pointing, the next moment I was standing ankle deep in a slow moving river running through the jungle.
I was out of breath and in a state of total panic. Through a series of questions I found I was a black youth age 19 (this incarnation I am white), that me and a group of friends decided we would sneak into a distant village while the people were sleeping and steal things.
Somehow one of us woke someone up who shouted the alarm, and all the men rose up and started chasing us. These men were thin, very black and a lot taller than our people.
I believe there were three others beside myself, and we all took off running. I remember hearing at least one of my friends screaming as he was caught and being killed.
After running a while I came to a wide river. The water was a muddy brown and barely moving. My heart was beating loud in my chest and I was trying to breathe quietly so as not to be discovered.
I was filled with regret for what we had done. I did not want to go but had been talked into it by the others. If I could cross the river I would have a chance to hide, but I could not swim and knew entering the water was certain death.
I was standing waiting and hoping those tall tribesmen would not be able to find me. There was ever the slightest whisper of something moving through the grass at a distance behind me, when suddenly the long head of a spear protruded in what seemed like slow motion, entering from behind and tearing through the skin just below my ribs on the left side.
I was looking at the head of that spear sticking at an angle nearly a foot from my midsection when the early morning light around me went black.
What bothered me so much was I knew it was wrong to steal, yet I let myself be talked into going along. And now it was too late.
As I remember several days after the regression the pain I'd felt most of my life started to diminish until it was gone. I've not felt it since.

Hi Sky, thank you for tackling this topic. Reincarnation has been part of my life for what seems forever. My invisible childhood friends had the names of 2 germanic gods and at the age of 12 I knew for certain that I had lived before, that I have been a boy back then, where I lived and how I looked. I had nobody to talk about this, so I kept researching the topic on my own. I tried self-hypnosis (with interesting results), before I was able to find a good reincarnation therapist with whom I had a session that lasted for hours. Back then I had the huge urge to know more about my past lives and looking back I know it was my time to uncovered the information that I got. To me reincarnation is not only very real, it is an integral part of my life. I spent the main life I experienced during the session with the therapist as a young girl in Austria in the 1840s. I knew nothing about this part of the world or the time frame, but I saw this life in great detail and even remembered the name of the village. Well, I've found it, visited and recognized a lot of things, I even found the place where the girl got buried back then (that was eerie). It was one of the most disturbing and strange experiences of my life. It cemented my believe.
I think past life regression and reincarnation hits you if you need the information in this life. Other people might remain totally oblivious forever, others are just plain non-believers. But then it's just not important for everyone to know and believe. I know that it enriched my life today, that I was able to break through old patterns and habits thanks to this regression session. If this topic fascinates and really calls for you, pursue it, there might be treasures hidden for you. What I saw wasn't easy, in fact I lived through a couple of quite traumatic lives, but I discovered that people that I love today have been with me throughout times. As a soul group we have been learning and evolving with each other and are together very closely in this life. And I met a beautiful spirit guide as well.
Oh and I kept doubting myself throughout the session. That seems to be normal if you're not used to silencing your mind, which I wasn't back then and still suck at most of the time. But after all it also got me some precise information, that I could research and validate later on. You can try to ask yourself questions during the session if you want to know something the therapist isn't asking for.
The topic started me on my spiritual path. Years later, having studied many spiritual ways, I'm starting to see how everything makes sense.
Years ago, in the undergrowth of an abandoned section of London's Highgate Cemetary I literally stumbled upon a gravestone that had no name, but a poem engraved that I want share with you. It never left me.
I am, I was, one, not the same,
other in person, feature and name.
So the undying spirit strives through many mortal human lives,
`til trained by its forgotten past finds heaven and peace at last.
All the best on your journey! Love from Germany!

Would you please share anything about the therapist you went to? I'm in Bayern but I'm definitely willing to travel around the country!

When I was a toddler I used to see dreams with the types of cars of the 40s and early 50s....and the dreams felt like some other reality into which I would go through a sort of a portal....but at that point it felt like there was a crack in space I could go through. I asked my mom if we were living in a movie....and she said I was only dreaming.

I've done this twice with a You Tube guided meditation. The first time I met my past life self who was at the age of about 40. I was a Mexican peasant woman in a green dress in the late 1800s. I stood there looking at her thinking, gee this is pretty mundane. I'm just an old woman. I actually was disappointed in myself for how unimportant I was. I wanted to talk to past life self, but only spoke a little Spanish and so decided to let it go. I found out later that language is mental not verbal so I could have discussed anything with her. I was a barefoot peasant woman. The second time was even more disappointing. I was a young man in Texas. I visited myself in 1942 I was getting ready to join the Army and go to war. I was drinking a beer alone in my apartment. I was maybe 20 years old or younger. My past life man was not that interested in me being there. He was busy making plans and getting ready. He wasn't afraid, but he was absorbed because I realized that he would soon be killed in the war. I knew it and so did he. I haven't done PLR since that one. I believe that my current disdain for war is born of a life cut short in 1942 in WWII. Don't expect to have been famous.

Whether it was a "real" past life memory, or you made it up in your imagination the key to focus on is that it obviously filled in a spiritual blank for you. There was a reason you needed those memories, those stories to help you work through something today. Stop worrying if it is "real" and enjoy it for the insight/help it provides you.

I had spiritual awakenings when in high school, including a past life regression. I've never had children, but I remember being pregnant. I remember feeling the baby moving inside me. I remember the straw-thatched house I lived in. Two floors, which was uncommon in those days. In the last few years, I've actually found examples of those types of homes. Never quite the same, but very close.

      @its-hannaH ปีที่แล้ว +2

@@sheilasullivan1950 I wish lmao But unfortunately hypnotism can’t teach my body how to produce a protein that I don’t have genetic instructions for - so best case scenario I’ve convince myself that I don’t feel pain but the problem with my body is physical damage not just neurological pain signals, so things would still be constantly dislocating just without my knowledge which would probably lead to internal bleeding. It’s an interesting concept to consider with something like fibromyalgia where the pain is caused by the nervous system misfiring.

Once I scrolled through a reddit thread for hours about parents sharing their stories of things their kids have said talking about past lives. That alone made me believe in reincarnation.

In the PLR experience I had, I was an Indian man, married to my soulmate, with a son and a daughter who both drowned (they were 7 and 3). In this current life, a 2 year old boy from my former church drowned when I was 9. I felt his death on a very deep level that I didn't understand. I was openly sobbing at his funeral, just overwhelmed by his loss and especially his parents' pain. At home my dad asked me why I was so upset, I answered, "Because I love him!" which didn't make any sense to me because I didn't even know him. Then I said, "It's not fair!" to which my parents responded, "It's just the way it is" and I went numb.
That's just one example of out of several things that parallel(ed) my current life.

The University of Virginia in Charlotte VA has an entire research library devoted to the documentation of past life regression stories. When the patient gives accurate accounts including names of people and places and events they could not have otherwise known, the conclusion is that person most likely is experiencing a past life under hypnosis.

I blocked off when i was asked to go back 3 years at the age of one year and after further meditation i ended up in the between world. The life i entered was back in 1523 in Germany (where i’m from). I had a son, fought in war and survived but died lonely at mid 50. I could identify building that would look nothing like they so now but through history books and archives i got a lot of proof that what i saw had legs. Highly recommend the experience to everyone!!

I have always been really into past lifes. Three years ago my little brother came up to me. He was upset about something. He sat on my lap, and he was crying. I didn`t understand why. I was babysitting him. He told me he missed his mom in Germany (we live in norway). I immediatly thought that it was his past life. So I became interrested in what he had to say. I know understand that I should have asked him more open questions. He told me about a big house with many toys, and about eating sausage in germany. He started to laugh, and he suddently became happier, and at one point it seemed like his memories about germany faded, because he started to talk about his baby sitter in kindergarden, and that she was his mom, or that his mom in Germany had the same name as the baby sitter. I became confused and thought he was making ut all up. We then sat down and talked about something else, because he still was a bit sad.
When I now think about it, I for sure think something had to to with another memory. He was so little and nobody had learned him about Germany. He was 3, by the way. After the whole exsperience, I told my parents. But they dont believe in that stuff. I was 16, and started to talk about what he had said to me, my little brother. He didnt remember, and somedays he would be really excited and say "Yes, I have been in Germany". He was still 3, and I spoke a bit German to him, and he was so happy.
Now that I am 19 and he 6, we still sometimes talk about he liking German when he was 3, but he dont remember that so much. And he is not interesting in the topic, like he was when he was younger. Who knows what it was. But I find this really interesting!

We all are actors in this play we called life. Countless roles had been played by us. In order to make any sense to this life our brain can only hold on to one reality. Rest all feels like dreams. I totally belive in past lives but yes it is not possible to access it with certainty. There is a reason why we need to forget past lives. Otherwise we will become insane. Only handfull of people can tap that deep with the help of meditation.
In my culture we define past lives habbits as sanskar. And I belive those can be windows to what we might be in past lives. Sanskar are the reasons why we are bent towards certain things naturally. Sanskars are like DNA of our consciousness. Although there are no scientific evidence to all this. But if we look at this logically then we can understand that this life which we experience is just a one page of book or may be even paragraph or even one line. When we see any material object we know for fact that things never die, it only changes form. Every atom is this universe is only transforming and it took 14 billion light years to journey till now. Same way our consciousness is on journey through different births it takes. So it makes sense to have infinite past lives but it is impossible for us to tap into that fully.
So I belive these things are difficult to prove or disprove through scientific experiments atleast with current technology.
    Another great video sky ❤❤

She was such an amazing soul, one of the first, if not THE first to do past life regressions. She channeled so much information about the nature of our world, consciousness, aliens, and so much more which she made public in over 18 books. This video reminded me so much of how much I love her and her work

I haven’t been able to find anyone in my area but I’ve meditated and had some information of a past life come through. It’s definitely a concern to wonder if it’s real or if my mind just made it up. I’d like a regression to see for sure!

A had a past life regression done a couple of years ago when I started my spiritual awakening. I was shocked when I found out I’ve been reincarnated together with a person a met a few years ago but each time we played a different roll. Remembering certain aspects of our separation in previous lives was an extremely painful experience for both of us. Read yesterday’s children by Jenny Cockwell.

reincarnation is a given in my religion, so in my country remembering past lives, especially by monks, is not very unusual. the reason (in my religion) that past lives memories are said to be divinely blocked is because we will not be able to handle the depravity of our actions in some cases. almost all of us may have been perpetrators or victims of crimes in past lives, even if such life is not the immediately preceding one, which would seem particularly heinous in the present time. and those memories do not help us, and may prevent us from carrying out our karma or good actions in this lifetime, as we may be too mortified. i cannot say if this was or was not a past life experience in your case, because some people seem to be very sure about their past life experiences which are very lucid, and others seem to have some doubts like you do.

Hi, Many years ago, I was very curious about this and followed the same path you did. Contacted someone experienced in regressions and did a couple of sessions with me. I saw more than one past life and, during this process we got dates and places to verify. I remember my physical appearance and as you said, totally vivid. Later checked places and dates and all matched, events that happened in history that are not covered in deep in books I could see them because I was there. After reviving all those memories, I got the sense of immortality, a traveling soul through different roles. a new perspective on Life

i actually did this a few years ago, and i only wish i could do it again. it was a very eye-opening experience and allowed me to find who i truly am, and what i dreamed of. i ended up regressing back into this timeline where i was a very classy lady, married a very funny, but somehwat unruly guy, and had a son. my husband had passed before i gave birth to my son however, and i raised him alone. when i passed, my son was the only one there by me when i had died of an illness. the last thing i remember was a guardian angel coming to me and saying that i did great, and i could relax again because he would be just fine. she hugged me and that was the end. I have never been that emotionally moved by something in that way. it was so vivid, that even years since then i remember everything about how i felt. some may think it's crazy, but i do believe it helped me in a way.

I tried a past life regression recently, which is why I’m here. Your experience really resonates with mine. Not your particular experience but the way you experienced it. I had heard it was like watching a movie playback but mine was more like yours. I was also a man, in my 40s. I was wearing medieval clothes. I was in a forest of pine trees. It was more about what i felt than what i saw. I could feel rocks beneath my feet. I could feel that i was in Scandinavia. I was alone. I worked there. I saw a bright light shoot across the sky. Although the session was an hour and a quarter long, i felt if i’d had more time, i could of seen more. I felt unreasonably nervous going back. My body was shaking uncontrollably & my eyes were moving as if in REM sleep. I felt (metaphorically) that i was hanging by my fingertips over a precipice and I didn’t want to let go. I still felt a connection when i was back and the name Peter went through my mind repeatedly. Except i heard it in an accent. I too wondered was it just me. I’m extremely familiar with medieval. Did i just pick it because i knew it so well? I would definitely try it again.

I had a past life regression session about 15 years ago and still to this day I question it. All I can say is what happened during the session was my experience, I had no time to make it up as the therapist was leading me and my responses were too quick to contemplate, it was like flicking through channels on a tv to each past life. It was intensely emotional just like yours. I was taken as far back to the crucifixtion, I won’t go into what happened as I still question it today, the emotion I experienced was overwhelming and left me exhausted. As I was recalling the experience to the therapist I found my rational self editing my response because I was, even in that deep state of regression embarrassed to tell her everything, as I was concerned about sounding crazy, yet at the same time it was my experience and I had no time to make it up!! It’s really great to be able to share such things with others who have had similar experiences, thanks.

    • @suzannesultan
      @suzannesultan 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Gina Rufo Hi Gina, it isn’t that I don’t want to go into it, it’s just that I feel like a fraud when I say what I experienced. I will tell you and you will also think this woman is weird but remember it was what I experienced, whether that be a trick of the mind or whatever. I saw myself as a woman and a mother looking up at the crucifix with my arm reaching up and sobbing “my son!” My whole body was in a very intense state, the tears were real and the whole experience left me exhausted. When the therapist asked me who I was I said Mary and then a rational voice kicked in and I realized what I was saying and I said I’m a mother of Jesus’s friend. Even in that deep state of hypnosis I thought what the heck are you saying? But it felt very real and I was experiencing the pain of a mother watching her child suffer. The reason I was taken back to this lifetime is because from a young age, I’m now 56, I’ve had an obsession with crosses and crucifixes. I also had a dream about Jesus when I was in my 20’s, whereby Jesus was in a procession and he walked past me with a group of followers and then turned back at me, as he had spotted me as he walked past. He came back to me and kissed me! I’m not a particularly religious person, I believe there’s something but have always believed in Jesus! Now do you think I’m crazy? I also experienced 4 other very different lifetimes during this session, most of them had spiritual themes and I am a very spiritual person, if not religious. X

Gina thanks for your reply. I must say that I don’t believe I was Mary, there are probably hundreds of other people who may have had the same experience. I would like a professional maybe to analyze this. Funny thing is I have been to the stations in Bethlehem and visited Manager square and the alleged place of Jesus’s birth, it was something which I always wanted to do. However, I felt very disappointed, there was no stable! Lol just soldiers everywhere with guns, not what I expected at all🙁

I have done a past life regression. I felt the same way about the memories, that maybe I was making it up. I saw I was wearing fur clothes, I was in the snow looking up at a pine tree. My older brother was teaching me to hunt crows with a bow. I had red hair and looked like my dad. My brother, mom, and baby sibling all had brown eyes and hair. My dad was abusive to my brother, my mom and baby sister hid while he would take his anger out on my brother. After an especially bad night I woke my brother up and we left home in the middle of the night, we got lost in the snowy mountains and I froze to death staring at the sky.

I did a TH-cam past life regression video. I went back to very early times on an island. (I later came to believe it was the Philippines). I was a little girl of around five.
Since the regression, I’ve had several dreams of my life as this girl. The amazing thing, is that I have brought words out of the dream....words that were foreign to me, an American. I searched for the meanings and was astonished to find the language is Tagalog. The meanings correlate to my dream. Tagalog is the language of Philippines, which is why I believe the island I was on in my regression was the Philippines.
    Yes...it’s real.

So I did a past life regression on my own through mediation, then dug deeper with the audio of Brian Weiss.
I've always had dreams about being different people in different settings, and it's always 1st person and it was always the same dreams. I started researching and figured I'd try this kind of thing out.
Though I did it by myself, I saw that I was a Native American Chef, with the most beautiful woman as a wife I've ever seen. I skipped through my life and saw it towards the end.
Before Brian's countdown was through on the first part, I felt the drums in my chest. It wasn't my heartbeat, it was chanting to drums.
I've been in a spiritual journey for about a year but the last 3 months or so I've been solely focused on Native American mythology and the study of their beliefs. And things are starting to make a lot more sense.
    It was VERY emotional.

I got to experience past life regression with Brain Weiss’s video too ! I’ve been spiritual and meditating for the past year and a half, but I started really feeling my third eye and connecting w my higher self about half a year ago. I was in a deep trance when I did the past life regression and was a Mayan women. I remember seeing who I assume is my husband, long dark black hair golden skin and a wide nose with a red feathered headdress. I saw a little boy with the same features with only a cloth covering his bottom running through the streets, and I saw buildings made of the same materials as the big Mayan pyramids. I saw a fire set in the town and my death, in a stone hut surrounded by my daughters covered in a red woven blanket and sun hitting my face since the hut didn’t have much of a door. It was a crazy crazy experience and when I finished I cried and was depersonalized for the next couple hours. So amazing that you another soul have maybe felt that touch of past life regression too. So fascinating.

I did a past life regression with a hypnotist. I don't think that was his specialty, but I've also used Brian Weiss' past life regression audio from online and it seemed very similar to what he did (and also what Davina did). I never felt like he was leading me anywhere. It was a lot of open ended questions. At first I didn't really see anything. I have a good imagination, but I'm very bad at visualizing things. However images did start coming to me and I was surprised how clear they were as I'm very bad at visualizing things on demand. I visualized myself in dark Victorian dress, selling flowers on the street. I think I was young, potentially in my 20s or 30s. I was very poor. I got the feeling I was in London. I'm not sure if that was something that came through in the regression or if it was from what things looked like. The buildings were stone and things were very dingy. I remember living in one room with a fireplace, table and bed. The table had banged up pewter plates on it, but I don't remember there being food. I remember the room being cold and basically dying, alone, in bed. I felt cold and weak was just giving up because the situation seemed hopeless. The emotions I felt were loneliness and hopelessness.
The 2nd life I am not as sure about (at least story-wise). It also seemed very vivid, much more than I could normally visualize. I was in the woods, I assume in North America (as I remember deciduous trees and leaves on the ground, similar to what the forests look like in the fall where I live) and I was part of some native tribe. For some reason I was being exiled from the tribe. At the time I thought it was due to my failure as a member of the tribe. I was male and I seemed incapable of being a good hunter. I looked online for any information about that, but I couldn't find any info about that being a legitimate reason why someone would be exiled from a tribe. However, what I do remember, and why I think it could be a real past life recall was the anger I felt at the tribal elders. I'm normally not an angry person, but in this case, I could feel that anger. I can't imagine that I'd be able to create fake anger at fake people if I just made the story up. Since I couldn't hunt or survive on my own, I realized it was essentially a death sentence for me. Again, like the other life, I gave up, died alone, feeling hopeless.
The reason I originally had the regression was to deal with my issues with food, so it seemed interesting that it seemed in both lives I potentially starved to death. Also these lives could explain why, for a huge chunk of my life, I really wanted to find a life partner because I didn't want to be alone.
I definitely believe in past lives, however, I also question if these were made up. The fact that I was able to visualize things way better than I can when I am actively trying to do so lends some credibility to the story (at least for me). I've done meditation before where I've been guided to visualize things like beaches and forests and I just can't. The other thing that made me think these experiences were potentially real were the emotions I felt. I can't imagine making up emotions that strong for stories I was making up. Especially the anger thing, since that is out of character for me to feel that much anger for someone.
