How is the Mid-bass Punch compared the EW300's? Also, could you hear the difference between the PZT treble and the DD treble on the Klean? Could that be why you prefer the timbre of the Klean over the EW300? I've never heard PZT before, so I'm assuming the DD treble has a slightly more organic timbre? One more question: For busy tracks, would I be correct in assuming the EW300s perform noticeably better than the Kleans?
The mid-bass punch is quite similar between these two IEMs. However, the EW300 has an additional nozzle option that boosts the bass, giving it a warmer sound overall. I find the vocals and treble of the Klean to be slightly better, as they sound more natural. Both IEMs have a comparable level of separation in busy tracks, but the Klean has a bit more vocal clarity.
@@Divionist I’d go with the Klean for its slightly better vocal clarity and more natural timbre. On the other hand, I’d pick the EW300 if I wanted the extra nozzle for added bass, or the EW300 DSP version to access DSP options.
It's a tough choice. They are different. The Truthear Red and Blue are excellent IEMs at this price point. The Red has a more neutral sound, the Blue has a Harman tuning, while the Klean has a warmer tone with more bass and better imaging. The Klean's treble also sounds more natural. @@shuvroshokaal2629 I still have not purchased the Klean. Yet two reviewers who a really trust have told me that the Klean does perform somewhat better than the Delci. I think this is interesting since the Klean costs less.
Hmm, that's a tough choice, as both IEMs sound fantastic. The Hexa has a more neutral sound signature and a safe tuning, while the Klean has a warmer sound with more bass.
For me, 5 stars represent perfection, including the accessories, cable, and faceplate design. The amount of bass and the slight warm tonality of the Klean might not appeal to everyone, so 4.5 stars felt more realistic to me.
The Red has a more neutral sound, and the impedance adapter adds a bass boost. The Kefine Klean offers better imaging, a warmer tone, and even more bass than the Red, even with the adapter. It really comes down to which sound signature you prefer. Both are excellent IEMs.
The Klean, like most IEMs, is sensitive and easy to drive, so any improvement in soundstage or imaging with a balanced connection is likely minor, if noticeable at all. The 3.5mm jack works great for most IEMs, and I don’t hear much difference aside from a bit more power and, occasionally, a subtle improvement in imaging and soundstage. It also depends on your amp, if your amp performs better with a balanced output, you might notice a difference. That's fine, but how does this pair punch against pricier products if we had a choice? And taking it one step further, what other IEMs would you rec that's better for more money? Make sense? Thanks!
As you move up in price, you typically start seeing IEMs with hybrid drivers and typically but not necessarily have better bass, more detail and separation, and better soundstage. At even higher price points, you might find EST drivers, which have a unique treble quality. “Better” really depends on the sound signature and price range. For example, I find the PULA PA02 and the Explorer to be better than the Klean. The Explorer has better bass quality and both have more detail than the Klean. Taking it a step further, the P7 has even more detail, improved separation, and enhanced treble. "It sound neutral but leaning on the warm side"... It's green but leaning to the red
Haha, yeah, the tonality is mostly neutral with a touch of added warmth, kinda like green with a few red highlights 😀
Is it good for gaming? worth upgrading from truthear gate?
It is great for gaming.
These or Delci ae , ew300 for vocal lover
Kefine klean is most valuable of this group?
These. The Kefine Klean offers the most natural-sounding vocals and is the best value.
I want the Kefine Klean, but the delivery window is when I'm on a cruise, so I'm going to wait until around Thanksgiving time to pick it up. Awesome review!
Thanks! Hopefully you get it soon.
which is better this or kz castor harman target with improved bass?
I haven't had a chance to listen to the KZ Castor, so I can't comment on its sound.
@@Gizaudio ohh ok thanks for replying
This for sure, but it depends of what are you looking for, you're not going to have a good base if you're searching that, the sound quality it's decent but not the best, and kz makes iems with bad treble imo, I have the kz castor Harman, only if you don't want to spend more money and you like half flat sound, Buy it, but I think there are better options
How does it compare to Sivga Que?
I prefer the Klean over the SIVGA Que. While the Que sounds warmer, the Klean has more sub-bass rumble, better bass quality, better imaging, smoother treble, and better timbre.
@@Gizaudio wow and all of that for less, thank you.
I own the que but if i were to buy a sub 70-80 usd iem it would be the Klean now.
@@Icecold_Art Pretty impressive, right? I think we've stumbled upon a real gem with the Klean!
@@Gizaudio it’s a crazy competetive market for those iem companies. In the end it’s a great thing to us, music enthusiasts. I came back to iems after being a headphone guy for 14-15 years. The advancement in both quality and comfort ( venting etc ) is waaaay better than a decade ago.
These „talking pebbles” represent a crazy value nowadays. Heck I do own Focal Azurys and they are gathering dust while I reach for the Sivga Que 80% of the time…
@@Icecold_Art Same here, I was a "headphone guy" for a long time. IEMs have really come a long way, and the value they offer these days is impressive.
will you guys review ziigat arete?
It’s not on my radar right now, but I might consider it in the future.
How is it compared to moondrop aria og 2021?
How does the sound differ from the delci ae that has nozzle options too?
The Kefine Delci AE is essentially the same as the Delci, but with a 4.4mm balanced cable and a Gold Nozzle that boosts the upper mid-range. The Kefine Klean also has a black filter nozzle that enhances the upper mid-range, similar to the Gold Nozzle on the Delci AE. However, the Klean has better imaging, smoother treble, and more natural vocals and timbre. The level of detail is very similar between the Klean and Delci AE, but the Klean doesn't come with a balanced cable.
@Gizaudio so you're saying that overall the kleen is a better iem than the delci?
@@boyseverino528 In my opinion, yes.
@@Gizaudio thanks
@@boyseverino528 You're welcome.
This or the letshuoer S08? I like subbass.
The S08 is in a different price range and, being a planar, has different sound qualities. It has a more relaxed listen with slightly darker tuning. The Klean, on the other hand, has more vocal forwardness. They each have unique sound signatures. The Klean has better sub-bass extension.
@Gizaudio the one with better Subbass extension wins 💪🏻
This or Zero:Red? (When it comes to K-pop and J-pop type of songs)
The Truthear Red is another excellent IEM at this price point. The Red has a more neutral sound, while the Klean has a warmer tone with more bass and better imaging. The Klean's treble also sounds more natural. Both IEMs have a similar level of detail, and they're both excellent overall.
Kefine Klean vs Artti T10?
Personally, I prefer the Klean.
klean or ew300 dsp
Delci AE
If you want to use the DSP, go for the EW300 DSP. However, if you're planning to use it in analog mode, it sounds similar to the EW300, which I compared in the video.
@@Gizaudio i got extra cable for pc thats why i asked
btw is it better than ew200 and compared to tangzu wan'r sg
This or the Shangling MG20?
This.
This one, sivga que or aful explorer, kiwi ears canta?
Klean
The AFUL Explorer has better bass, detail, and separation, but the Klean has more forward and lively vocals. I also prefer the Klean over the SIVGA Que. While the Que sounds warmer, the Klean has more sub-bass rumble, better bass quality, better imaging, smoother treble, and better timbre. I haven't tried the Canta, so I can't comment on its sound.
@@Gizaudio then it will be the Klein for me, especially because the aful is double the price.
The Explorer is better than both, as it should because it costs the Delci and Klean combined.
Great review
Thanks!
@@Gizaudio though I would've liked a comparison with the direct best recommendation from Timmy, the Zero Red
@@cloaca1234 The Truthear Red is another excellent IEM at this price point. The Red has a more neutral sound, while the Klean has a warmer tone with more bass and better imaging. The Klean's treble also sounds more natural. It really comes down to which sound signature you prefer. Both IEMs have a similar level of detail, and they're both excellent overall.
@@Gizaudio awesome man! I'm buying these for my old man, so that I can try them out and check if I prefer these or the Reds. :) thanks a lot for the answer
@@cloaca1234 You're welcome.
Where is Timmy?
He “retired” a few weeks ago. He’s done with IEM reviews.
He joined the hangout, crinacle's retail store. He stopped to avoid conflict of interests.
This or xuan ji?
I haven’t heard the Xuan Ji, so I can’t speak to its sound.
Could I get some help picking a portable dac from anyone pls?
I am looking for a portable dac that can push at least 300mw @32ohms, whether that be out of the 3.5 or the 4.4 balanced. I am trying to find as portable of a dac as possible to run the binary acoustic DynaQuattro at it's best. So, based on what I have read and seen in reviews, 350mw would give good headroom, but 300mw is just right and anything less than that you will start to get muddy or veiled sound.
ONIX Alpha XI1, FiiO KA15, KA17, Celeste CD-20, or the upcoming FiiO BTR17. These all have over 300mW at 32 ohms, so there's plenty of headroom.
is it better than truthear zero red? espically with hte adapter cuz they looks very similar in graph
i wanna get zero red cuz its vocal natural and with the bass adapter i get new sound signature which is also really good
but i also like the big and great imaging soundstage separation etc
So i dont know
The Truthear Red is another excellent IEM at this price point. The Red has a more neutral sound, while the Klean has a warmer tone with more bass and better imaging. The Klean's treble also sounds more natural. Both IEMs have a similar level of detail, and they're both excellent overall.
@@Gizaudio
Wouldn't the red be also warm with the adapter so basically same tuning as klean?
They both can be natural or warm with adapter or nozzles so its really confusing choice
Would appreciate if u tell me the better choice here
With bass adaptor truth ear red,s naturalness will go, you will not find wow factor with adaptor...
Go with klean
@@mohammadbaqer8305 The Kefine Klean has more bass and sounds slightly warmer compared to the Truthear Red when using the bass impedance adapter.
This or hexa?
Hmm, that's a tough choice, as both IEMs sound fantastic. The Hexa has a more neutral sound signature and a safe tuning, while the Klean has a warmer sound with more bass.
How is it when compared with Zero Red
It's a tough choice. The Truthear Red is another excellent IEM at this price point. The Red has a more neutral sound, while the Klean has a warmer tone with more bass and better imaging. The Klean's treble also sounds more natural. Both IEMs have a similar level of detail, and they're both excellent overall.
@@Gizaudio what about the zero red with the adapter ?
cuz it will give more bass and become warmer too
@@mohammadbaqer8305 The Kefine Klean has more bass and sounds slightly warmer compared to the Truthear Red when using the bass impedance adapter.
How does it fair against the truthear red?

I guess It's KLEAN winner for 50 bucks 😀
😀
Nozzle >5.9mm ... discarded
Most IEM nozzles are wider than 5.9mm.
This or Xuan Nv 🙄
Xuan NV is poor-fitting in my case. :(
The Xuan Nv doesn't have much sub-bass for me. It has great treble and "shimmer" on high end though
@@albertko1, that was DEFINITELY my own experience also, but more to do with the fact that I was unable to achieve a proper fit, due to the angle of the nozzles.
@@TheVeganVicar 👀
I haven't tried the Xuan NV, so I can't speak to its sound.
Do you think this will have some clogging problem?
What do you mean?
@@Gizaudio i mean channel imbalance, because of moisture build up. Like Chu 2
@@fathanthoriq2413 Only time will tell. The nozzle is similar to that of the Delci and Delci AE, and I’ve never had any issues with either of them, nor have I heard of anyone else experiencing problems with the Delci. As far as I know, that issue was specific to the Chu 2. In the worst-case scenario, you can always clean it with some isopropyl alcohol wipes.
