I tend to see that the 'higher self' is reliving it's experiences on different timeline. It's like upon finishing a 'game', the player decide to replay the game, perhaps taking different avatars and taking different choices.

Ok, I cannot stop thinking about this. I know the goal is to stop thinking (haha), but there is so much to unpack from this video. I went back and listened to one of your first Law of One videos on angels because after watching this new video I started thinking about my people (the people I love so much and have found each other and are helping each other along this awakening path, the people we experience so many synchronicities with, the people we are intuitively connected with), and I had the thought that if our higher self is watching all of the versions of us across all densities leading to 6th, and since we become a social memory complex in 6th density, maybe our soul group (those we reincarnate with time and time again), are really part of our social memory complex and we are collectively guiding ourselves through our higher selves as a social memory complex. We are one at the highest level anyway, but broken down into. density, at 6th, we are a social memory complex. This would explain why I have so many Intuitive downloads about specific people that I feel deeply connected to. We are here together, on purpose and our, "guides", are really us in 6th density, working together in a social memory complex. 😱😱😱😱
Oh! What Aaron said about lucid dreaming could be similar to awakening into the higher self. Not that one will wake up into another reality but that the experience of earth will shift from ego into the higher self becoming aware of itself. Very interesting.

Before my real dark night of the soul in late 2020, (8 years into my healing journey) I came to this belief that my highest self had already lived all that I had. This came from doing mediation daily, most days of which for a year consisted of me sobbing to myself. I know now that I cried and shook out all that PTSD and CPTSD. And when on the cushion I felt that RAINN and presence of the highest self. I didn't know this was something spoken of till finding Aaron's teachings here. How very cool. :) I am curious about the timelines of others dark night of the soul. I didn't know about "the dark night of the soul" till a year ago. I would have in the last thought I was just at another point if suffering. But it's in this new awakening stage where I've become a new person with an entirely new consciousness, even more drastically now, that I see where the dark night occurred. Can we go through more than one dark night of the soul? I took the first five Buddhist precepts many years ago and kept mindweeding, living the practice more each moment, but it wasn't till post the dark night that I got to a new degree of spirituality. Beautifully explained, thank you 🙏 it’s wonderful how it all fits, the movement up in density, changing of the form to the more subtle so as to integrate more of the higher Self. AAM mentioned this as out in breath of the creator. The Outbreath was the exploration of the IAM going out into lower densities and leaving aspects of the higher self in the various dimensions The in-breath then is the reintegration of the various facets of the high self as we go back up the densities back into union with the higher self.. Lucid dream is definitely not an enlightenment experience, it truly is very vivid (more than ' physical reality') and you are in full control of everything that happens, but you still have all the same distortions (Samskaras etc) that you have in your waking life. Enlightenment is the experience of your true self without distortions, it is a completely different kind of experience. Also the Higher-Self is not yet an enlightened being, it is a being which has only one desire left, to become the Creator again. And then it turns its full focus towards the Creator but there is still a long way to go from mid 6th density through 7th density to gateway density. Please remember that the Higher-Self is a mid 6th density entity. Ra is already very near graduation to 7th density, I recall them saying that they expect it to happen after 2 million Earth years, and the 6th density cycle is 75 million years, so they are almost there. So in their evolution they are already way beyond Higher-Self. Also Ra says that the Higher-Self is not you, it is a thought form created by you to guide you, before you turn all your focus on the Creator. In 3rd density we can experience glimpses of what it is like to be one with all. The only way I can describe it in laymen terms it is to become consciously aware when in deep dreamless sleep. This is called Turiya in Yoga. However, this is also a simplified description what it is all about. Just to add, the process of enlightenment is far more complex than how any of our philosophies understand it. Advaita Vedanta and Upanishads are closest to the Ra material but they do not have the concept of densities, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and perhaps certain lineages of Kriya Yoga are closest to 'Discipline of Personality' as taught by Ra. The people of Ra were in 3rd density Venus 3.6 billion years ago. According to Ra, they were a very spiritual and peaceful society. They even developed the concept of archetypal mind to be used as a tool for spiritual development already in their 3rd density. They have most likely had vast bigger number of individuals who were like Buddhas and other enlightened beings on Earth as we know him. They were very love biased, so they according to Ra repeated 5th density (wisdom) numerous times. After looking at what they have gone through, thinking about that some of us might be enlightened beings is quite unlikely. To me the enlightenment means just graduation to the next density with great grades. However, there will be a completely new set of lessons waiting for us there that we could not have even imagined in 3rd density. Finally I do not like the idea of trying to quantify or measure the level of spirituality. We can measure only things in physical realm (space/time) while everything spiritual (mind, thoughts, energy body, energy centers, consciousness) is in the metaphysical reality (time/space) which we can't probe with out scientific instruments. As Ra says your energy field in time/space (aura) tells everything about us, but we don't have any means to measure and interpret the data today. Yes, there are all kinds of devices that measure something in space/time, but that is not same as time/space. Things exist in time/space and to a varying degree they are manifested in space/time. My humble opinion is that all these % figures etc you presented in the video make no sense in someones spiritual path. Just my personal opinion, the fastest path to enlightenment consists of the following: - Ability to silence the mind (e.g. Kriya Yoga or something else) - Become aware of your energy body or 3rd density time/space body (Kriya Yoga or Dzogchen etc) - Develop your ability for genuine love, devotion, and surrender for anything you think is behind all this creation (Jesus, Consciousness, ParaBrahman, etc all ok) - Develop your ability of discernment (Jhana Yoga), what is true/false, what is you and what is not you For example, we Yogis have all kinds of experiences, but we don't seek them, because we know they may not be true. We ignore them in our way to the ultimate truth. As a final note, I really appreciate that you have spent so much effort to share your clearly 'service to others' views in recent years. That has inspired a lot of people in their seeking and that of course is the most important thing! Of course, if anybody wants to have references to Ra material regarding what I said above I can dig them out.
Hi. Can you please explain me something l can't seem to understand. They say we re shifting towards the 4D consiousness or the earth is shifting but isn't the earth supposed to be 3D always and 3D being chaos, duality. I thought we couldn't be fourth density beings while living in 3d . Also the Kali Yuga period, did the Vedas mean Kali Yuga was simply the earth in other words 3D. What is all this talk about earth shifting into 4D or us humans shifting into higher consiousness? I thought this is not really possible in 3D and thay 3D always stays as it is, somewhere to be reincarnated back to to suffer. I appreciate your time. Thank you.

I was listening to the Law Of One few days ago, and listening to the question's answer 6.8, that the Council is located in the Saturn's rings, I was like hmm. Brilliant, I love it! 🕉 I just got back from my walk in anticipation for watching this episode and as I was coming back this song came on called, Make It with You, by B.R.E.A.D. I had this full on feeling/thought/idea/knowing/realization that my higher self was reaching out to me through that song saying, Hey I want to co-create this life with you! Actually I all day I have felt my higher self coming through, I heard multiple songs saying, I AM ALIVE, in you, like an burning flame. So I am totally feeling what your saying here. 💜Thanks so much Aaron for allowing your higher self come though! 🌟

Before my real dark night of the soul in late 2020, (8 years into my healing journey) I came to this belief that my highest self had already lived all that I had. This came from doing mediation daily, most days of which for a year consisted of me sobbing to myself. I know now that I cried and shook out all that PTSD and CPTSD. And when on the cushion I felt that RAINN and presence of the highest self.
I didn't know this was something spoken of till finding Aaron's teachings here. How very cool. :)
I am curious about the timelines of others dark night of the soul. I didn't know about "the dark night of the soul" till a year ago. I would have in the last thought I was just at another point if suffering. But it's in this new awakening stage where I've become a new person with an entirely new consciousness, even more drastically now, that I see where the dark night occurred.
Can we go through more than one dark night of the soul?
I took the first five Buddhist precepts many years ago and kept mindweeding, living the practice more each moment, but it wasn't till post the dark night that I got to a new degree of spirituality.

Beautifully explained, thank you 🙏 it’s wonderful how it all fits, the movement up in density, changing of the form to the more subtle so as to integrate more of the higher Self. AAM mentioned this as out in breath of the creator. The Outbreath was the exploration of the IAM going out into lower densities and leaving aspects of the higher self in the various dimensions
The in-breath then is the reintegration of the various facets of the high self as we go back up the densities back into union with the higher self.. Thank you again for all your insights so purposeful and succinctly explained. Feeling blessed after listening to this 🙏🕉😇.

Lucid dream is definitely not an enlightenment experience, it truly is very vivid (more than ' physical reality') and you are in full control of everything that happens, but you still have all the same distortions (Samskaras etc) that you have in your waking life. Enlightenment is the experience of your true self without distortions, it is a completely different kind of experience. Also the Higher-Self is not yet an enlightened being, it is a being which has only one desire left, to become the Creator again. And then it turns its full focus towards the Creator but there is still a long way to go from mid 6th density through 7th density to gateway density.
Please remember that the Higher-Self is a mid 6th density entity. Ra is already very near graduation to 7th density, I recall them saying that they expect it to happen after 2 million Earth years, and the 6th density cycle is 75 million years, so they are almost there. So in their evolution they are already way beyond Higher-Self. Also Ra says that the Higher-Self is not you, it is a thought form created by you to guide you, before you turn all your focus on the Creator.
In 3rd density we can experience glimpses of what it is like to be one with all. The only way I can describe it in laymen terms it is to become consciously aware when in deep dreamless sleep. This is called Turiya in Yoga. However, this is also a simplified description what it is all about.
Just to add, the process of enlightenment is far more complex than how any of our philosophies understand it. Advaita Vedanta and Upanishads are closest to the Ra material but they do not have the concept of densities, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and perhaps certain lineages of Kriya Yoga are closest to 'Discipline of Personality' as taught by Ra. The people of Ra were in 3rd density Venus 3.6 billion years ago. According to Ra, they were a very spiritual and peaceful society. They even developed the concept of archetypal mind to be used as a tool for spiritual development already in their 3rd density. They have most likely had vast bigger number of individuals who were like Buddhas and other enlightened beings on Earth as we know him. They were very love biased, so they according to Ra repeated 5th density (wisdom) numerous times. After looking at what they have gone through, thinking about that some of us might be enlightened beings is quite unlikely.
To me the enlightenment means just graduation to the next density with great grades. However, there will be a completely new set of lessons waiting for us there that we could not have even imagined in 3rd density.
Finally I do not like the idea of trying to quantify or measure the level of spirituality. We can measure only things in physical realm (space/time) while everything spiritual (mind, thoughts, energy body, energy centers, consciousness) is in the metaphysical reality (time/space) which we can't probe with out scientific instruments. As Ra says your energy field in time/space (aura) tells everything about us, but we don't have any means to measure and interpret the data today. Yes, there are all kinds of devices that measure something in space/time, but that is not same as time/space. Things exist in time/space and to a varying degree they are manifested in space/time.
My humble opinion is that all these % figures etc you presented in the video make no sense in someones spiritual path. Just my personal opinion, the fastest path to enlightenment consists of the following:
- Ability to silence the mind (e.g. Kriya Yoga or something else)
- Become aware of your energy body or 3rd density time/space body (Kriya Yoga or Dzogchen etc)
- Develop your ability for genuine love, devotion, and surrender for anything you think is behind all this creation (Jesus, Consciousness, ParaBrahman, etc all ok)
- Develop your ability of discernment (Jhana Yoga), what is true/false, what is you and what is not you
For example, we Yogis have all kinds of experiences, but we don't seek them, because we know they may not be true. We ignore them in our way to the ultimate truth.
As a final note, I really appreciate that you have spent so much effort to share your clearly 'service to others' views in recent years. That has inspired a lot of people in their seeking and that of course is the most important thing!
Of course, if anybody wants to have references to Ra material regarding what I said above I can dig them out.
Hi. Can you please explain me something l can't seem to understand. They say we re shifting towards the 4D consiousness or the earth is shifting but isn't the earth supposed to be 3D always and 3D being chaos, duality. I thought we couldn't be fourth density beings while living in 3d . Also the Kali Yuga period, did the Vedas mean Kali Yuga was simply the earth in other words 3D. What is all this talk about earth shifting into 4D or us humans shifting into higher consiousness? I thought this is not really possible in 3D and thay 3D always stays as it is, somewhere to be reincarnated back to to suffer. I appreciate your time. Thank you.

I was listening to the Law Of One few days ago, and listening to the question's answer 6.8, that the Council is located in the Saturn's rings, I was like hmm. Yesterday scrolling through the random shorts on TH-cam tottaly unrelated, I came across the video about sounds recorded from Saturn's ring. And apparently the scientists say they sound like intelligence speech patterns. And I was like Ha! Interesting, a science confirmation of the Ra material? 😊 And the sounds are amazing 😍

How interesting you speak of dreams as last night, you appeared in my dream. I have a dream with Aaron in it the night before I listen to his video on dreams. Interesting. This is the 2nd time you have shown up in the last month or so, however the first time, it was you, but I knew it was not the real you, but another version of you, like a duplicate of you. The energy was the same but it was clearly a duplicate. I don't know how to explain it. There may be answers in this video you just shared. My memory is foggy of the details of these dreams, but it was indeed you, Aaron Abke. It was indeed you. I think meditating on this could help fill in the details. Thanks for sharing Aaron! :)
