@undefeatable163 COVT only carried thanks to Kab on phase 4 after phase 2 COTV was tired and worn out on phase 3 he pushed himself so much that he nearly passed out, and on phase 4 he gets saved by Kab and then Kab uses his code powers to give him his stamina back and to make him more powerful that's why he has electricity around his blue and yellow bones when he brings them out.
@@Matteotalley KAB didn't give him more powers, he just gave him back his stamina, if he gave him more powers it definitely would've been stated Also THANK YOU for stating that he was very tired on phase 3 and that's why he needed to be saved, im sick of ppl using that as a reason as to why COTV is "useless"

I didn't know Team Chaotic released phase 4 already, but damn did they do an amazing job on it, especially with everything they added!
