The original game’s resolution was actually 240p. Because of that, the game can be cleanly upscaled to higher resolutions on an emulator and look great. Unlike 3D games where up scaling them isn’t as easy and emulators often up res 3D games
The reason why I'm not seeing the Donkey Kong Country SNES trilogy only is due to licensing issues with Rare. Rare developed the game while Nintendo published it.

Sometimes entering the actual bonus earlier or later changes the placement. We really can't force them to appear where we want very well though. In short, it's a nightmare, and 75% of what makes running this game so difficult.
I waste so many years on this game growing up 🆙 but it’s dope and worth seen it get best so flawlessly bc I know they invested as much time as I did as A kid . 🤓🥰

@Kleavers The short answer is yes, but the predictions don't always prove correct. For example, I can just stand still to see where the next banana appears. However, the simple act of moving the Kong to where the banana will be MAY change the rng enough to move the banana by the time it appears. This is a mixed blessing. This doesn't ALWAYS happen, and when it does, the banana only has a few places it can be manipulated to for that iteration, but it would be nice to have more manip. freedom

Something seems a little hinky, correct me if im wrong, but whem you loose a kong your supposed to break a companion barrel to get them back, they dont come back at the start of each level once you loose them and complete a level, how does this work? Oh examples, how about word 2 stage 4, lost dixi at the end and some how had her back as soon as the level was startrd again after completion
The name at the beginning is tufst which puts the game in hard mode. You always start a level with 2 kongs but it removes all halfway barrels and DK barrels

I approached the bed, gently sat on it and I reached for her shoulder to pull her closer to me. She stirred and woke up. She asked what's up. I told her, "you know, the first time I saw you, I was watching a video and left it playing to get myself a sandwich then went to the store to get some mayo then I got so distracted by life that I forgot to finish the video." She said, "You know what, I've been wondering about a weird noise in your night drawer." So we opened that drawer, and lo and behold, there's my phone and this video still has two minutes of play time on it.

Não é um hack, é o uso de um emulador que permita pular pequenos quadros, save states e outras coisas. Um hack seria algo que alterasse o código da rom, o que não é o caso
John Apuan If you spin or roll off a ledge you can jump in midair. I'm sure this mechanic worked in the first two DK games as well. Its weird but viable

Entre a terceira e quarta fase tem algo bem estranho. A terceira fase é passada apenas com Dixie, e na quarta fase ele ja começa com os dois.
