If you want to try a similar but slightly different kind of medley, you should try Superfruit (Scott and Mitch's old side-project). They used a piano track and occasional 3rd harmony track of Mitch, and just focused on singing instead of trying to get the entire track a capella. I mention it because one of their best is an album medley of Rihanna's Anti. (Also Beyoncé's self-titled album aaand a medley of songs from the first season of Empire.)
I am not a Rhianna fan and had no problem recognizing each song. To each his own. I think you are ready for Aha Live at Star Vista. Cell phone recording so quite rough, but at the same time ... impressive in so many ways.

Ha, but having only one song at a time in a medley, that would be too easy. Having 2 or 3 songs either identified as having the same tempo or arranged to have the same tempo, that's a lot harder. PTX doesn't just do easy, that's why they have revolutionized a capella. Plus, at this point it's actually one of their signatures...see The Sing Off - Britney Spears Medley for the origins of that. Loved the reaction!!

Have loved PTX since the beginning and really enjoy all the first reviews and the looks of surprise that happen. I have only just started to listen to Home Free. The guys a awesome. Both groups a great. The main difference is Home Free style themselves as a Country Music A Cappella group and PTX tends to cover more pop music. You should check out PTX's cover of John Lennon's "Imagine" and Home Free's cover of John Cauthen's "Everybody Walkin' This Land".

BTW you have quickly become my top "reactor" on TH-cam! I watch A LOT of reaction videos from A LOT of "reactors" . Some have all the tech and music theory knowledge and very bland reactions. I understand what your saying about trying to keep each song more individual and separated but doesn't that defeat the purpose of a Mashup evolution anthology? If they did it your way, they'd have room for maybe 10 songs if that. The idea was to fit as many as they could because Rhianna has such a huge repertoire, trying to give each song its own individual treatment would be impossible. They need to do each song separately to do that.
