    When the two got grouchy with each other is the pain we viewers have. Bad (and silent) back seat drivers. “Yes... YES he is about to... NOOOOOoooo!!!” *fidgit, fidgit*

    One thing that made the Room series special is the lore, the inspirations behind it (H.P Lovecraft) and the introduction of the lens mechanic. So currently there are five games in the series, the first three being connected together the last two being standalone stories taking place in the same time line.

    One of the reasons I love this series is that you're uncovering a mystery with the puzzles and it creates a story. Please continue playing the series, the puzzles and stories get better with each game

    I hope you continue these and play the other games of the series. It seems like Chelle is secretly a genius for this type of game, so you might be able to go through in a pretty good time, not getting too stuck anywhere. And even then, honestly the hints are pretty okay for these games, the first hint for each thing is usually just pointing out something that may seem obvious but sometimes people miss so you could try to use that as a pointer as what to look for next.

    The Room is easily my favorite puzzle series of all time. Can’t wait to see y’all attempt the other games if you do that, they get bonkers later on and it’s amazing

    The room 1 is a chill, pretty easy game. Room 2 is a bit more complicated and I think better. Room 3 goes a bit far and isn't as fun (in my opinion). Still, hope you're enjoying your time in the room, and I'd love to see you play the next one.

    Somebody that is a networking executive or programming person for any network, no matter how small. We need a series where Wander and Chelle compete on who can solve various puzzles first. Do all the puzzles, jigsaw, escape rooms, box puzzles, etc. 10 episodes per season. Make it happen. Then, when they start bickering in videos like this, the winner can go "I am the puzzle master!" Before you laugh, have you seen some of the stupid reality shows out there? I'd actually want to watch this one unlike the other 8 billion.

    I do hope you will play the sequel. It is probably my favorite puzzle game, and much more than this first one.
    Not that this first one wasn't at all enjoyable, because it is kind of awesome in its own right.

    "Non est ad astra mollis e terris vi". My Latin is rusty (and was never all that great), but I do recognise part of it. I want to say it means "There is no power from the stars going to the soft earth", but I'm not sure and it doesn't quite sound right.

    • @theirishviking9278
      @theirishviking9278 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      better than mine all i recognized was "ad astra" being "something star" and "terris" being "earth"
      I could probably logic that "mollis" is "movement" eventually just off word origin
      Latin having context-sensitive words kinda is annoying some times

    • @Rognik
      @Rognik 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@theirishviking9278 a (or ad in front of a vowel) means to or towards something. e (or ex in front of a vowel) means from something. Mollis I believe is an adjective, and since the ending is the same as "terris", I think it's modifying that. There's your Latin grammar lesson for the day: even if the words are in different parts of the sentence, if the endings are the same case, one is modifying the other.

    • @theirishviking9278
      @theirishviking9278 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Rognik the Latin i know i learnt from very small phrases can remember one case where a two-word phrase meant the opposite by the words being reversed
      i can't remember the phrase but it was "life" and "death" when translated

    • @julesverne7263
      @julesverne7263 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It translates best to "There is no easy way from the earth to the stars". In your quote you put "...e terris vi" when it should be "...e terris _via_" as via means path or way, which might have thrown you off. Ad means to and e/ex means from, so that's where the "to the stars" and "from the earth" part comes from. Mollis is an understandable mistake as well, because despite it's literal translation of soft, that definition also extends to meanings like "easy". It's a very interesting quote by the Roman philosopher Seneca the younger, and greatly reflects on the story of the Room as a whole: after all the puzzles are by no means easy, nor was the journey of A.S.
      Feels good to have a use for my latin studies lol, hope it helps
