    Hello sir.
    If power of received signal and channel usage have any relationship.
    Eg if power received in mobile signal at antenna . Is -100dBm it means channel is being used and if power level is -125dBm the channel is noisy and it's free??
    Is the above statement true...

    I'm curious as to why this is in a Electrical engineering degree ?
    IMO this falls more in the line for people specifically looking to get into Cellular communication as a specialty.
