Hello JOHNjon- Staying with you. Are the prices of homes in the Prescott area reasonably priced? Thank you for the video.
Not any more. When John and Mary California decided to flee Gruesome Newsome's draconian regime, they sold their 3 bd 2 bath 2 c garage for $10 million, plus the dog casita for an extra half mil. Then they came to AZ for the ridiculously low prices (last year). They were able to buy a home comparable to the one they left PLUS 6 others to rent out. Well, the real estate 'gold rush' caused by the mass exodus OUT OF CA caused home/rent prices to skyrocket in AZ. This year, while home prices still don't command anywhere near the stupid CA prices, are now basically out of reach for anyone BUT Cali ex-pats. Hope that answered your question!
