American living in Brazil here. Yes, I agree with you, from what I have noticed. But I am glad to live in São Paulo, where there are SESC cultural centers. I have seen some amazing artists there, for a low ticket price (Caetano Veloso, Elza Soares, Thiago Pethit). I wish Brazilian artists were promoted more abroad.

A penis is not and cannot be female and biological reality cannot be changed by thoughts or politeness. Again - if this person wanted to be called a she / her I would but I will not accept this is a woman in any real sense.
