To be fair, today orangin put one of the worst performance in terms of track interpretation. Yet, we're here complaining for what we could clearly call a missed win
@@karl9313 It seemed those first 5 laps he was focused and in the groove and then BAM he just lost it. But managed to fend off the others for the rest of the race and bring in the silver. A case of GOOD ENOUGH this time around.

Wdym? Clementin is seventh in the standings, and the highest placed marble being outscored by her teammate. No other second option is ahead of her, and the only marbles ahead of her right now are the ones still able to win the individual championship.
Commentators curse. It happens in real sports and the marble league. I may not like it happening to my team, but I think that just legitimizes these videos :)

This channel is just fantastic. The production, course work and Greg’s infectious announcing add up to just be top notch. I’m not ashamed to say it, I get just as excited for these videos as I do for traditional auto racing.
I am more hype for these events than most sports hahaha I made my choice early on that I would cheer for the Orangers for no good reasons and now I'm rooting for them like they are my country at the olympics !
Momo not getting accelerated by the accelerator really hurt. From 3rd to nothing. Same happened to Yelloweye in qualifying. These accelerators need to be audited
Jelle clarified in the qualifying the Yellow Eye clipped the entry to the accelerator and lost all momentum. The same thing happened to Momo on laps 3 and 7. On lap 10, he jumped the dividers and rear-ended the marbles in front of him, basically leaving him at a standstill
Oh my god Starry! what a season she’s having! She’s truly carrying Galactic team on her back and driving us to to the promise land (5th place) let’s hope Cosmo has at least some points positions in the following races #reachforthestars
We still have our work cut out for us due to the frankly ridiculous lead CCE and Orangers have (30 points, which is more than just a first place), but I'm glad the team, and especially Starry, finally got a win. Even better when most of our direct competitors did poorly, and while I would've liked the Orangers to fumble more, this is still a race to be proud of. This track is one of my favorites this season but I can't deny it was soul crushing to watch Momo not get the speed boost twice in a row. That really spelled the end for him. Oh well, always next time!
Finally Team Galactic puts a race weekend together. Outstanding effort from Starry; pole and the win. We definitely need Starry back for next season, Cosmo? Maybe not.
First of all, thank you so much Jelle! M1 races have been highlights of my weekends, this season's tracks have been so much fun to watch! SPOILERS BELOW LET'S GOOOO STARRY! Beautifully managed throughout the whole race! Orangin ran a faster setup on the straights, but suffered just enough on the technical sectors to allow for Starry's first win this season. It's still on, reach for the stars!
This is officially one of my favorite tracks. Starry and Orangin had pretty much the same pace but Orangin lacked control. Starting from 2nd row definitely helped their race overall.
Starry is an insanely talented marble, but Aryp is SINGLE-HANDEDLY carrying Team Primary on his back. Prim is statistically *the worst* marble in the league while Aryp is in 5th with a chance at the individual championship. Honestly incredible.
I feel like the team management has something to do with it. In S1 Prim was carrying Mary so hard and maybe they put pressure on prim to get the points so it doesnt feel comfortable
Such a dominant performance from Starry and some excellent maneuvers pulled off to fend from the O'Rangers. Good work everyone! The course was dynamic and so was the racing.
Man what a great race! Starry did great holding off first against Orangin and man when the race was getting close to an end Orangin was closing that gap each lap making the race even more intense! What a great battle!
Hazy.... *sigh* At *least* we have points. It'll keep us somewhere in the midpack. Hopefully Hazers can snag podium in the last two races, 'cause this hurts even more 😔 Happy to see Starry make the win! Their performance in Q2 indicated as much! This was one of the more nail-biting tracks we've had this season! Can't wait to see it show up again in subsequent Marbula One seasons!
#ReachForTheStars ! A really neat race on the tracks today, the Quad Spilt at T13 and the T9 Split really put the racers through their paces. As for the results... CONGRATS TO, Starry of Team Galactic! Their technical skills were on full show today, with really only 1 move in the area between start and accelerator being poor for them. In contrast, they successfully defended from the initial surge of the pack, and then overtook Orangin twice in order to get back in front. I do have to give Orangin serious props for their skills on the Quad Split for the first half of the race, but it seems that their strategy must've relied too heavily on the element having far less active use. They also suffered on the Split, consistently sliding over the divider and losing speed going into the accelerator. The individual and team championships are both coming down to these last two races. Aryp and the Green Ducks have it relatively easy, with both just having to focus on their own game. Aryp especially can afford to see which race will be less competitive or which tracks suits them better, since Team Primary are out of the running for the win. The O'rangers especially have to think hard about whether to have Orangin face off directly against Red Eye or try to avoid them and take the other race. Orangin can only win if they finish ahead of Red Eye, and even then it's highly position dependent. Orangin first, Red Eye second, Orangin takes it, but Red Eye keeps the top spot if that's pushed down to 2nd and 3rd, then they tie for 3rd and 4th or 4th and 5th. Beyond that, Orangin needs at least 2 positions on Red Eye to get the win, but that opens up area for Starry, Clutter, or Aryp to roll ahead. Royal's hopes unfortunately lie on the failure of the rest. Two races remain. Will the Crazy Cat's Eyes risk the home track curse for the opportunity for them and Red Eye to win it all in front of their home crowd? Or will their victory or defeat already be written at Midnight?
Well, Thunder surprised me. I thought he would do his usual thing of rising quickly before falling back halfway through the race, but I was wrong. Turned out this week he decided to just save his breath and stay in the rear from the get-go.
Spoilers below It's clear Starry deserved that win Orangin while may have been a bit faster made so many mistakes going over the dividers which cost them the race.
I actually think taking the outside provided slightly worse exit speed but much better entry for the next corner. Not sure that was a mistake, may have been a strategic play, especially considering how consistently the move was made.
@@gavinp214 it was definitely a mistake. A mistake that kept being made. It even continued into the quad split which definitely hurt when Orangin jumped those ones
@@BlitzerXYZI dunno man. Agree 100% for the quad split, but I think there were a couple times where Orangin actually gained on Starry by hopping the split. To each their own though

Wow Yellow eye goes from 19th to 6th in the opening lap, then somehow all the back to 19th by lap 3. Unbelievable. I still have faith that red will win us the championship in the end. #Eyesontheprize
Yellow Eye seemed to have a rough time with the accelerator again, similar to qualifying. He shot up to 6th in the first lap, but fell back to 12th at around the first pass through the accelerator.
Orangin was too fast for its own good this time, could've taken over the individual standings with P1 but at least the 'rangers lead and CCE has to deal with host curse on GP12
I'd love some parc fermé thing, checking whether Orangin put on some extra weight. It's hilarious how the acceleration always makes them shoot over track dividers / kerbs. ;)
Vinterthorn, JMA probably buys and measures out exactly the types of marbles and tracks they want for each event. That being said, what you are proposing could be an interesting addition for future events.
Although I love all the racers, I don't think I could do what Greg does. My hat is off to you Sir. Gets my heart racing every time. I never thought I would be this invested. GoooRangers!!!
Truly an amazing performance from Starry, victory well deserved, however Cerulean's very middling performance is deeply saddening, I'm both a fan of both team Galactic and the Kobalts, and all I can hope for is that both eek out places on the podium. Both are still theoretically in the race for 1st place, although even their current placements show that they have gone above and beyond in terms of the training they had to endure.
Non points finish for Yellow Eye and Crazy Cat's Eyes loses the point lead as a result. Could he be replaced by either Green Eye or Cyan Eye for next season if this ends up costing CCE the team championship?
You know this is the weird timeline when the Pinkies getting 6th feels like a loss (but really, third for the whole race and losing it at the very last moment? Who do you think you are, the Hazers?). In any case, very happy for Starry getting 1st, that was beautifully run.
I can’t tell what’s more disturbing. The fact that Greg jinxed the O’rangers with that bottom turn or the fact that the pinkies almost made it onto the podium
On one hand, Starry aced the qualifiers never giving up first place. On the other hand.... Team Galacfifth. So, I'm going to split the difference and predict Starry finishes in 3rd. Post race edit: I should never have doubted! Starry did drop to third momentarily, but showed their true skill to reclaim top spot and hold it for the entire second half of the race! #ReachForTheStars!
INCREDIBLE!!!! oh it felt so good to see starry get pole position AND manage to finish with an incredible lead! starry's technical prowess was on show this whole race. even when they temporarily dropped to third, it was a careful evaluation and good understanding of this course that helped them claw their way back up and STAY there. incredible work anticipating orangin's moves on this track, and being able to exploit their weaknesses! just such an impressive win. amazing! goes to show that while speed is clearly important in racing, so is the technique! HOOOO BOY i'm gonna be riding this high all week. lol the last two races are bound to be VERY interesting!
Yellow Eye's performance has been declining for since mid-season last year. After this race and the qualifier, I feel like maybe Cyan Eye should be racing next season.
It's disappointing to see this massive fall from grace for Yellow Eye. Even his teammate and best friend Red Eye was shocked to see this from the sidelines. But don't worry my fellow CCE fans... We should still back our boy Yellow Eye as he has brought us countless victories and joyful moments in M1 over the past season and even in this one. We will successfully retain our championship. #EyesOnthePrize

Starry absolutely slayed this track. 1st in the shootout, 1st for pole. And then 1st in the final race. I've never been so invested in a single marble in my life. But team galactic is taking gold this season.
Orangin knew that the inner line was faster but has a hard time managing his weight relative to his speed. Thus, he can never and should never try to take the inside line as he will just tumble over the barrier every single time. He's really got to work on his pathing on that straightaway
I think it’s finally time to admin that the Hazers are no longer a big team. It’s hard to take, and we’ve had our moments, but for now as far as Marbula One is concerned, we’re not the team we used to be. We’ll bounce back, maybe not this season, but not the next, but one day. One day. #HazeAmaze

Fantastic race from Orangin, title race super open now in both competition, come on Os!!!!!! That first lap was unbelievable, the speed he had in the middle and last sector really helped us there
it doesn't matter how it will end ... for me, that accelator-incident in the qualifying was such a shame for yellow eye - they would have easily get to Q2!!
@Emanuel Azevedo yes, i read this many times down below - of course, i didn't look that much on momo, but i guess, there are two teams here which have been treated extremly unfair this weekend! ... accept of course ... there is an occlusion - maybe, i really hope so, there will be some explanation from the M1-judges ...

@Emanuel Azevedo Because Momo placed below 16th today which is below the race points, and all the other teams have all placed below 15th at least once this season.
I'm so glad Crush finally came through for the turtle sliders! At race 9 and 8 the two of them where 41 points apart with Dash absolutely carrying the team (at about 7th over all) and Crush 3rd to last with 7 points. This race catipulted Crush to 22 points! It wasn't a perfect race and they probably could have gotten 3rd but really a solid race, they're low was 9th and that was only a few laps in, they then immediately rebounded and spent much of the race battling with Glimmer, Yellow, and Billy, and Mary in 5th -7th place. But they then ended on high note with 4th place, the highest they got all race long. I still think they could have beaten glimmer if that lap was just a tad bit better, but overall really well done, and although we aren't in contention to win, if we have a good last 2 races, we could finish really well!
Yellow had one of the best starts to a race I’ve ever seen (13 overtakes in a 1/3 of a lap), just to fall off tremendously. Lets hope Red Eye can make up for it next week!

Absolutely fantastic race by Starry. So much so he barely got any time on camera!! The only unfortunate thing this race was Orangers getting such a high placement to make bringing home the championship that much harder. Jelle you are amazing and I can only imagine the time it takes setting these courses up. If we could have a season year round I’d be in heaven. But so thankful for even this.
loved the extra dividers on the last corners, better chance for some alternate lines and overtakes, particularly with the chicane at the end. more please
YEEEEEAAAAAHHH!!! Spoilers The battle between Starry and Orangin those first few laps was so good! Starry passing at the start, but then getting passed near the end - a great back and forth. Way to go Starry, see what happens when you don’t hit the attenuators? Yay!
Accelerator misfires notwithstanding, this is an excellent track. The four-lane split is a wonderful technical element and leads to some amazing moves like Orangin's from early on. Definitely want to see this in S4! And uh, CCE... what is happening?? Red Eye can't carry this by themselves, legendary as they may be... (though, heh, as a Kobalts and Thunderbolts supporter, you won't see me complaining about the CCE falling on hard times...)
An amazing showing for Starry. She's going to need to see a chiropractor once the season ends because she continues to carry Team Galactic on her back.

SPOILERS . . . . . . . Absolutely brutal day for Team Momo. I don’t think my jaw has ever dropped harder from a Marbula One moment than when Momo missed the accelerator, dropping from front of the pack to midfield. And then they missed it again 😭😭😭😭😭😭
He didn't miss it. It just didn't give him the boost. It happened to CCE as well and possibly more teams. It was heartbreaking to watch bc they actually had a chance
suggestion: make the championship completely focused on the riders’ championship (still with teams, but with both teams’ marbles running at once) and make it a m1, m2, m3 type situation w/ promotion and demotion amazing content as always :)

If only Starry had a better teammate. Like Starry may not win often but is consistently in the top 8 or so. Cosmo on the other hand has consistently done poorly.
@@BlitzerXYZ Cosmo is a replacement for Pulsar, who did manage a win but was too unpredictable overall. If we want to bring in someone else, our only option left is Astron.
Oh my, what an emotional roller coaster that was! My two favourite teams - second and plum last, but... Two more races and it could be either of them on that top step as a team, with the other second! I'm desperately trying not to get too excited or one of them will do something crazy like fall off the track because of the pressure. 😉

It must have been a strategy - Orangin going over the divider! I think the coaching team had a masterplan for that section up to the accelerator. They must have also tried to work on that quadruple divider since Orangin had a couple of phenomenal traverses through the chicane. They would have won in that final lap had Starry not been able to also have a non-contact roll (as professional marbles like to say). Great rolling by Starry over the whole course, they definitely deserved that win!!
I gotta say the accelerator caused problems in this race. Screwed the Cats Eyes over in the Qualis, then ma boi Momo. Not really pleased with that tbh. Congrats to Starry tho, raced amazingly!

It's my understanding of quantum marble racing that in Zuro we can establish velocity without an accurate position, or establish a position without knowing the velocity. Either way it's great to be an observer!
Even as an ardent Hazers fan, I have to admit Hazy's best days are behind him. Perhaps it's time to hang up the jersey and let his amazing accomplishments stand on its own, instead of getting lost in mediocre seasons like this. Might even give some space for new talents in the Hazer's org to shine.
Really worried about the CCE :( I feel like Yellow Eye should have done last week’s race, which has lots of straight sectors which he is better at. This race is more technical and would have been more in Red Eye’s wheelhouse.
Same here. Yellow Eye won the Minty Mania GP last season and that was designed similarly to the Short Circuit GP. Had they ran Yellow Eye in that one and Red Eye here, then things would be better for them.

I'm dreading Cosmo racing again for Team Galactic. They need some fresh talent for the Marble league and next year's Marbula 1 because Starry can't carry the team themselves.

Nah I think Orangers got this. Next track both CCE and Orangers will end up letting other non eliminated teams back into it and then it will come down to the CCE track, the last track of the season to declare the winner! Usually home team curse too!
@Tanqr Plays there are at least 4 teams that could still win and if neither CCE or Orangers get decent points next race, it could be 6 teams still a chance for title.
Poor Pinky Panther, holding on to the top 5 the entire race, coming in at 3rd by the end and the very last millisecond, has a rough exit from the turn and drops all the way down to 6th right before crossing the finish line

First of all, thank you so much Jelle! M1 races have been highlights of my weekends, this season's tracks have been so much fun to watch!

LET'S GOOOO STARRY! Beautifully managed throughout the whole race! Orangin ran a faster setup on the straights, but suffered just enough on the technical sectors to allow for Starry's first win this season. It's still on, reach for the stars!

This is officially one of my favorite tracks. Starry and Orangin had pretty much the same pace but Orangin lacked control. Starting from 2nd row definitely helped their race overall.
Starry is an insanely talented marble, but Aryp is SINGLE-HANDEDLY carrying Team Primary on his back. Prim is statistically *the worst* marble in the league while Aryp is in 5th with a chance at the individual championship. Honestly incredible.
I think it’s a Team Primary thing. Mary was as bad as Prim in Season 1.
I feel like the team management has something to do with it. In S1 Prim was carrying Mary so hard and maybe they put pressure on prim to get the points so it doesnt feel comfortable
Aryp is so consistent, yet to finish outside the points. Prim on the other hand can manage to start pole and finish dead last

Endlessly amazing to see how well Momo does in qualifiers, and how badly they do in the actual race.
They were doing great until the accelerator didn't work twice in a row...
After Starting 2nd and ending up 16th.... I say: "great job, Momo."
Team Momo are better at individual events. They get skittish in crowds of marbles...They do better in Marble League usually.
Billy finished better than he started. Good job on his part. Let's go Ducks!

Happy to see Starry make the win! Their performance in Q2 indicated as much! This was one of the more nail-biting tracks we've had this season! Can't wait to see it show up again in subsequent Marbula One seasons!

A really neat race on the tracks today, the Quad Spilt at T13 and the T9 Split really put the racers through their paces.

CONGRATS TO,
Starry of Team Galactic! Their technical skills were on full show today, with really only 1 move in the area between start and accelerator being poor for them. In contrast, they successfully defended from the initial surge of the pack, and then overtook Orangin twice in order to get back in front. I do have to give Orangin serious props for their skills on the Quad Split for the first half of the race, but it seems that their strategy must've relied too heavily on the element having far less active use. They also suffered on the Split, consistently sliding over the divider and losing speed going into the accelerator.
The individual and team championships are both coming down to these last two races. Aryp and the Green Ducks have it relatively easy, with both just having to focus on their own game. Aryp especially can afford to see which race will be less competitive or which tracks suits them better, since Team Primary are out of the running for the win. The O'rangers especially have to think hard about whether to have Orangin face off directly against Red Eye or try to avoid them and take the other race. Orangin can only win if they finish ahead of Red Eye, and even then it's highly position dependent. Orangin first, Red Eye second, Orangin takes it, but Red Eye keeps the top spot if that's pushed down to 2nd and 3rd, then they tie for 3rd and 4th or 4th and 5th. Beyond that, Orangin needs at least 2 positions on Red Eye to get the win, but that opens up area for Starry, Clutter, or Aryp to roll ahead. Royal's hopes unfortunately lie on the failure of the rest.
Two races remain. Will the Crazy Cat's Eyes risk the home track curse for the opportunity for them and Red Eye to win it all in front of their home crowd? Or will their victory or defeat already be written at Midnight?
Well, Thunder surprised me. I thought he would do his usual thing of rising quickly before falling back halfway through the race, but I was wrong. Turned out this week he decided to just save his breath and stay in the rear from the get-go.

It's clear Starry deserved that win Orangin while may have been a bit faster made so many mistakes going over the dividers which cost them the race.
Yeah that was crazy. Every single time I believe, or close to it. I didn't see hardly any other marbles jumping like that.
I actually think taking the outside provided slightly worse exit speed but much better entry for the next corner. Not sure that was a mistake, may have been a strategic play, especially considering how consistently the move was made.
@@gavinp214 it was definitely a mistake. A mistake that kept being made. It even continued into the quad split which definitely hurt when Orangin jumped those ones
@@BlitzerXYZI dunno man. Agree 100% for the quad split, but I think there were a couple times where Orangin actually gained on Starry by hopping the split. To each their own though

Wow Yellow eye goes from 19th to 6th in the opening lap, then somehow all the back to 19th by lap 3. Unbelievable. I still have faith that red will win us the championship in the end.

Yellow Eye seemed to have a rough time with the accelerator again, similar to qualifying. He shot up to 6th in the first lap, but fell back to 12th at around the first pass through the accelerator.
Orangin was too fast for its own good this time, could've taken over the individual standings with P1 but at least the 'rangers lead and CCE has to deal with host curse on GP12

I'd love some parc fermé thing, checking whether Orangin put on some extra weight. It's hilarious how the acceleration always makes them shoot over track dividers / kerbs. ;)

ORangers are all chonky boys. That accelerator really threw Orangin, which was good for speed, and bad for staying in the inside lane.
Vinterthorn, JMA probably buys and measures out exactly the types of marbles and tracks they want for each event. That being said, what you are proposing could be an interesting addition for future events.
Although I love all the racers, I don't think I could do what Greg does. My hat is off to you Sir. Gets my heart racing every time. I never thought I would be this invested. GoooRangers!!!
Truly an amazing performance from Starry, victory well deserved, however Cerulean's very middling performance is deeply saddening, I'm both a fan of both team Galactic and the Kobalts, and all I can hope for is that both eek out places on the podium. Both are still theoretically in the race for 1st place, although even their current placements show that they have gone above and beyond in terms of the training they had to endure.
Omg, it is has been so difficult to be a Team Galactic fan of late. This was the best thing I could have come home to watch today. GO STARRY!

Non points finish for Yellow Eye and Crazy Cat's Eyes loses the point lead as a result. Could he be replaced by either Green Eye or Cyan Eye for next season if this ends up costing CCE the team championship?
To be fair, Red Eye's performance in the last race wasn't great either; but I'm curious too how the other members of the CCEs would do in Marbula One.

INCREDIBLE!!!! oh it felt so good to see starry get pole position AND manage to finish with an incredible lead! starry's technical prowess was on show this whole race. even when they temporarily dropped to third, it was a careful evaluation and good understanding of this course that helped them claw their way back up and STAY there. incredible work anticipating orangin's moves on this track, and being able to exploit their weaknesses! just such an impressive win. amazing! goes to show that while speed is clearly important in racing, so is the technique!
HOOOO BOY i'm gonna be riding this high all week. lol the last two races are bound to be VERY interesting!

Yellow Eye's performance has been declining for since mid-season last year. After this race and the qualifier, I feel like maybe Cyan Eye should be racing next season.

Yeah I'm an oranger fan and i miss seeing them at the top, they fell off big time. Maybe they will be higher up in the marble league
all mostly because of rapidly but no hated and only hopes but still sad to see them on the bottom when they used to always score good
That track turn had me holding my breath. Thank goodness for the higher wall there, otherwise we would've had a few marbles fly right off the track.

Starry absolutely slayed this track. 1st in the shootout, 1st for pole. And then 1st in the final race. I've never been so invested in a single marble in my life. But team galactic is taking gold this season.

Orangin knew that the inner line was faster but has a hard time managing his weight relative to his speed. Thus, he can never and should never try to take the inside line as he will just tumble over the barrier every single time. He's really got to work on his pathing on that straightaway
I think it’s finally time to admin that the Hazers are no longer a big team. It’s hard to take, and we’ve had our moments, but for now as far as Marbula One is concerned, we’re not the team we used to be. We’ll bounce back, maybe not this season, but not the next, but one day. One day. #HazeAmaze

That first lap was unbelievable, the speed he had in the middle and last sector really helped us there

Hazy has been embarrassing all season. Thanks for all you’ve done for us Captain, but it may be time to hang it up…
I'm so glad Crush finally came through for the turtle sliders! At race 9 and 8 the two of them where 41 points apart with Dash absolutely carrying the team (at about 7th over all) and Crush 3rd to last with 7 points. This race catipulted Crush to 22 points! It wasn't a perfect race and they probably could have gotten 3rd but really a solid race, they're low was 9th and that was only a few laps in, they then immediately rebounded and spent much of the race battling with Glimmer, Yellow, and Billy, and Mary in 5th -7th place. But they then ended on high note with 4th place, the highest they got all race long. I still think they could have beaten glimmer if that lap was just a tad bit better, but overall really well done, and although we aren't in contention to win, if we have a good last 2 races, we could finish really well!
Yellow had one of the best starts to a race I’ve ever seen (13 overtakes in a 1/3 of a lap), just to fall off tremendously. Lets hope Red Eye can make up for it next week!
Hard time being a momo fan with this race.
Momo didn't get the speed boost while everyone else did halfway through and never recovered after.
It happened twice in a row so something didn't work properly
Momo only struggled at the accelerator on laps 3 and 7. Both times he clipped the wall right before at the entry losing all his momentum. On lap 10, he jumped the dividers and rear-ended the marbles in front of him, basically leaving him at a standstill
Absolutely fantastic race by Starry. So much so he barely got any time on camera!! The only unfortunate thing this race was Orangers getting such a high placement to make bringing home the championship that much harder. Jelle you are amazing and I can only imagine the time it takes setting these courses up. If we could have a season year round I’d be in heaven. But so thankful for even this.

Accelerator misfires notwithstanding, this is an excellent track. The four-lane split is a wonderful technical element and leads to some amazing moves like Orangin's from early on. Definitely want to see this in S4!
And uh, CCE... what is happening?? Red Eye can't carry this by themselves, legendary as they may be... (though, heh, as a Kobalts and Thunderbolts supporter, you won't see me complaining about the CCE falling on hard times...)

Absolutely brutal day for Team Momo. I don’t think my jaw has ever dropped harder from a Marbula One moment than when Momo missed the accelerator, dropping from front of the pack to midfield. And then they missed it again 😭😭😭😭😭😭
He didn't miss it. It just didn't give him the boost. It happened to CCE as well and possibly more teams. It was heartbreaking to watch bc they actually had a chance

If only Starry had a better teammate. Like Starry may not win often but is consistently in the top 8 or so. Cosmo on the other hand has consistently done poorly.
Last M1 win for Team Galactic was Hivedrive S1, and Starry's last victory was Savage Speedway S1.
@@BlitzerXYZ Cosmo is a replacement for Pulsar, who did manage a win but was too unpredictable overall. If we want to bring in someone else, our only option left is Astron.

Jelle clarified in the qualifying the Yellow Eye clipped the entry to the accelerator and lost all momentum. The same thing happened to Momo on laps 3 and 7. On lap 10, he jumped the dividers and rear-ended the marbles in front of him, basically leaving him at a standstill

I think the coaching team had a masterplan for that section up to the accelerator. They must have also tried to work on that quadruple divider since Orangin had a couple of phenomenal traverses through the chicane. They would have won in that final lap had Starry not been able to also have a non-contact roll (as professional marbles like to say).
Great rolling by Starry over the whole course, they definitely deserved that win!!

It's my understanding of quantum marble racing that in Zuro we can establish velocity without an accurate position, or establish a position without knowing the velocity. Either way it's great to be an observer!
Even as an ardent Hazers fan, I have to admit Hazy's best days are behind him. Perhaps it's time to hang up the jersey and let his amazing accomplishments stand on its own, instead of getting lost in mediocre seasons like this. Might even give some space for new talents in the Hazer's org to shine.
This is just sad to watch.

Really worried about the CCE :( I feel like Yellow Eye should have done last week’s race, which has lots of straight sectors which he is better at. This race is more technical and would have been more in Red Eye’s wheelhouse.
The last two races are going to be exciting for sure, not that CCE has shown that they're catchable this season.

Same here. Yellow Eye won the Minty Mania GP last season and that was designed similarly to the Short Circuit GP. Had they ran Yellow Eye in that one and Red Eye here, then things would be better for them.

Yes Season 1 was Team Galactic's last win being Hivedrive that season and as for Starry it was Savage Speedway that same season 1.
I'm dreading Cosmo racing again for Team Galactic. They need some fresh talent for the Marble league and next year's Marbula 1 because Starry can't carry the team themselves.

Nah I think Orangers got this. Next track both CCE and Orangers will end up letting other non eliminated teams back into it and then it will come down to the CCE track, the last track of the season to declare the winner! Usually home team curse too!
Im just glad that tumult's awful season isnt the only one on a contending team.
