    I literally don't feel a stretch anymore. Like a few weeks ago I started intense stretching and now I can do a big over split

    I'm an eighth grade cheer leader, and i was soooo close to getting my splits but i just could get all the way, i used these stretches and i finally hit it! and im better at my jumps and motions! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

    I did these stretches back when I was in high school. I tried out for my school cheerleading, and made the team. I eventually stopped. I'm going to try these out again for next years university team! These really help

    Thank you so much for doing that exercise because my daughter been wanting to be a cheerleader for months ever since she was I'll say about 3 years old. Thank you she's been trying to do the toe touches but she just couldn't get it. She tried splits but she couldn't go down all the way but now she got it. Thank you so much she is turning 10 next month July 13th. Her name is Andrea'.

    Just found this video again and guys it really is helpful I'm a sophomore now I was a 8th grader when I found this video. This and other video helped me to make my 8th grade cheer team with my high jumps KEEP GOING it's worth it 😘

    I’ve been doing these everyday and I’ve gotten SO much better at my jumps and it feels like I’m getting more flexible everyday. I have tryouts in a month. I’ll edit this comment if I make the team 😊🤞

    I've been doing these stretches twice a day once in the morning and at night because I'm trying out for the high schools cheer team and I've never cheered before and I'm going to be a sophomore. Any tips?

    This is so helpful! The first 2 days of doing this I could already see i was more flexible. That sounds crazy I know! I am using this because I am trying out for cheerleading and wanted to become more flexible. This works,thank you.

    I've been a cheerleader 3 years now , going on to my 4th year , and I can honestly say these stretches are extremely helpful considering even flexible people can feel the "burn" ! Thumbs up to this videos and I hope all you guys can improve from the tips Inez gave you ! :D

    Loved all the moves, especially the last one teasing each side into the final splits! I think I will be holding each of the previous poses a little bit longer.

      You shouldn't have to yell to project projecting is making your voice loud without yelling I reccomend not trying to sing your cheer/chant and I also reccomend thinking of you yelling at people in the hallway do that but dont yell u see what I mean just make your voice loud I don't know how I do it sorry.

    hey! i just made the cheer tryouts this year. just look up videos on youtube that help you prepare for tryouts. stretch alot,practice your jumps, make sure your motions are sharp and dont forget to SMILE!!! i though i wouldnt make it but i did!

    I'm not sure if this is helpful, but our schools danceline coach went to a meeting and spoke to some doctors and professional coaches that say that every person takes a different amount of time to be able to do the splits, for some people they gain their flexibility a littler late in life. I've been apart of both dance and cheerleading since 2008, and just this year did I gain all three of my splits. Don't give up it will happen :)
