- LG OLED65G26LA. Wall mount mounted in only 8 minutes! Mounted on plaster wall with wooden studs. I have mounted many of the 2021 model (G1) and was excited when the first G2 65" model was ready for mounting in Oslo, Norway. We asked the costumer if we could please film the mounting and the costumer said yes. Here it is. More videos of 2022 TVs coming soon.

Everybody is so positive about this video, i would like to see a end video with all cables routed as they should be and the tv FLAT against the wall without any space between wall and TV (as it is supposed to be). I have the G1 model and installation was hell to get the TV flat against the wall. And the reason to buy a G-series TV is to get a zero-space installation between TV and wall.
Hi, Our videos is only about mounting the TV. We do the mounting and then the costumer do the rest after we leave. There are a lot of videos showing how the tv look on the wall under perfect conditions, but there is very few videos showing them get wall mounted. They are a nightmare to get flat against the wall, the trick is to not pull the wall mount all the way out, take it out about 50-75 %, that makes it much easier to push it back against the wall.
Having that one wooden stud to compensate the weight off the rest of the drywall plugs is a massive bonus.

Hi. Thank you. The wall hanger comes with the TV, its only for the LG G2.
I bought this last week. Amazing TV. The only bad thing is that the desktop mount has a 4% incline, so you really have to mount it.
Hi. I know. The G2 is made to be on the wall. They are not easy to put on a desktop mount.
@@oslotvmontering If you can even get hold of one! In the end I had to get it wall mounted, they used an additional bracket due to the wall type. I still really would have preferred the stand. Not getting Dolby Digital through ARC despite it working with my Panasonic VT30 Plasma, just getting warbling sounds. Don't know how it's possible to swap to a different HDMI cable with it wall mounted.
Nice video, I just bought one in 65 inches, I installed it in the living room and I watch TV laid on couch, the bottom of the TV is at 66cm from floor, is it ok? At what height is yours?

Hi. Congrats on new TV. The height of the TV depends on how far away from the TV your couch is. 66 cm sounds a little bit low. If a costumer is watching laid down I usually mount a 65" around 90-100 cm from floor.
wow...this really looks easy...still thinking of getting G2 or not due to the reason it have no stand and I need to hang it or else I need to get C1 or Sony A90J

Bra video! Mine stendere er 60cm, og leser at veggfestet er bare noe og 40cm. Vil de pluggene du brukte holde TVen trygt oppe der det ikke er stendere? Og hvilken bitstørrelse hadde du når du borret?
Hei. Takk. Jeg har montert samme tvn på vegg uten stendere med de samme pluggene så pluggene skal fint holde tvn, er luksus hvis du har en stender du kan bruke i tillegg.

What type of wall anchors did you use? I am going to mount my G2 but because of the stud placement, it is difficult to center on wall. I might have to use one stud and use anchors
Hi. They are called Duotec. They are great for your kind of use.

My G2 came with a longer metal plate 700x130 for mounting on wall studs. I found this out after I had cut the wall open to screw and glue more timber beside the studs so the wall bracket had something solid to mount to. Just about to pull it off, mount metal plate and then install the bracket to the plate. Grrrrr

I’m so confused ordering a wall mount. What mount do I use for the LG C2 65 inch?
Hi. If you mount it on Vogels Thin 505 the TV will look like a million dollars. That wall mount is especially made for your TV.
How does it secure om the tv stand? Surely not just them two clips you pushed in? Also how did you level it please as i couldnt see anything secured after?
Hi. Gravity holds it in place. Its actually quite hard to take off the wall mount after mounting. The clips are just a small preacaution. You can level it after installation when the TV its on the wall.
great video! Considering this tv or s95b. Do you know if the mount can be tilted down slightly. Because of placement the tv is going to be a bit higher than recommended but there is are no other options.
Hi. The mount will not tilt down at all unfortunately.

@@unklecorky2181 Hi. Yes if you pull the tv out from the wall you get a gap of around 10 cm, then you can tilt it a litte bit to the side and you also get access the cables that way.
Man I won't hang a TV just to the dry wall , I drill through the beam behind it
Hi. There was only one beam I could use. I used that one. The plugs I'm using in the video is very strong. I could lift myself of the ground on this mount I have done that many times before, I'm 90 kilos. 100% safe!

Hi. The top of the TV is at 180 cm from the floor.
I just bougt G2 65”. I am installing tv in the living room and I watch Tv from couch. What height need to be from the floor to the bottom of the tv? Distance from tv to couch is about 3.5-4m. And I am mounting tv on other wall mount beacuse I want to have wall mount to have for other tv when I sell g2 so i dont need to drill and instaling other wall mount. What wall mount you recommended?
Hi. Nice TV. The further away you are from the TV, the higher you can mount it. I recommend 90 cm from the floor to the bottom to my customers, just a suggestion and then the costumers have the final word. Some like it there some like it lower and som like it higher. Good luck with the mounting.

That is almost the highlight of ta new tv, so we always hand over that part to the costumer.

Hello. Looks like the same tv. In my country we only sell the C2 looks like C2X is the same tv in some other countries.
@@oslotvmontering here in HYDERABAD i asked 2 different electronics sellers they saying LG C2 And LG C2X is different, One of the seller saying LG C2X Is Premium model
@@shivafire8396 In my experience with C2: it does not need a premium version. C2 is a very good tv. I would have bought the cheapest one of those 2 and spent the money i save on something else. 😊 Looks like they are the exactly the same tv, I cant se any difference between them:

Hi, yes, as long as you use correct plugs for the wall mount it should go just fine. Do not use the ones that comes with the tv.
Really bright room and a lot of glare for oled tv
It was a brand new house, the sun screen was not ready and we live in a country where its dark about 9 months a year so the sun is not so big problem most of the time. 🙂
No los oled son demasiado caros un smart tv comun se ve no igual pero se ve biem y este es televisor oled es de 65 pulgadas mejor no pregunto cuanto vale no muy caros

Доброе время суток, телевизор не плохой, только стена на которую его вешают, кажется очень хлипковатой, да и дюбеля вместе с саморезами могут в любой момент выпасть. Обидно если разобьётся такой аппарат.
вилки выдерживают 130 кг, так что это абсолютно безопасно.
