Look back at this, I understand the neighborhood is severed by the railroad and that's literally the only way home for many people but this guy clearly was on something.
That stupid guy might have been his last thing he ever seen if he tripped on the track and struck by the train. I hope SEPTA Police would use these videos from railfans to be helpful on stopping trespassers.
