At 3:45 on your video .. I noticed you payed no mind to the traits... u got a lucky roll with die hard veterAn and getting 20 health with the boot camp survivor.
I found that car on accident, when I saw it I was like ‘huh, it looks like a ghost busters car.’ But I wasn’t sure. Also I was in the FOB and this mission was never there. I lived in the base and I never noticed if the repair workshop was a thing, tbh I don’t think it was actually there. (For me)
The workshop works either way. The mission starts when you radio Chavez and look to upgrade it. The radio tower icon will show clickable, but the upgrade will not - until you complete the mission. That's my guess on what happened. Let me know if that fixes it for you. Could be community limit as well, if you already have 10. That's all I can think of.
@@BlanickGaming no like as in the tower icon button wasn’t there, also I’m playing heartland rn grinding out the ‘playing doctor’ achievement (like come on 100 total cures you gotta do? That’s too much)
@@conanogarey5053 Just make some plague cure cases, use the duplication glitch then unbox all the cases to get all the cures you need for the achievement.

Good question. Every time I've tried to repeat it with a demolition person in my community, it says I already have someone that can do that - or something to that effect.
@@BlanickGaming if you have someone in your community with the demolitions skill then it's not repeatable of course, but what if he dies? I'll have to test it out on a test community
Most likely you have izzby's mission blocking it. Try this, be ready ask for help from Chavez from the upgrade menu. Log out and then back in. That'll clear your missions. Whatever is blocking it shouldn't at that point.
@@Dbf1339 if you already have someone with the skillset, it won't do it as well. but usually it'll say something about having people that can already do that. What's you're getting is normally another quest blocking it.
Possibly. I can't remember the cutoff off hand. A lot of times, there will be a different quest keeping you from picking this one up. A good workaround for that is to log out and then back in. That clears all your current quests. If that doesn't work, may need to send one to legacy to get down to 8. But I'm guessing it's another mission.
@@BlanickGaming I figured it out thanks turns out my Xbox controller is messed up and it’s almost impossible to access the goals menu to start the quest but I got it
@Chasp awesome. I've had the izzby quest give me the same message before. Think I had to log out and back in real quick to "lose progress" on Izzby so I could try Chavez again. Glad you got it figured out.
Have you found it yet? Which him? Chavez at his cabin? Or the new Red Talon guy at the tent area? Often, the best solution to a quest that isn't doing what it's supposed to be doing - which, thankfully, doesn't happen very much at all - is to log out and back in. That clears anything you're working on currently. And with the Chavez quest, you don't have to wait for it to spawn again. You spawn by using the radio at the base. There are times on the chavez deal where another questline, like IzzBee, will interfere with being able to do the Chavez quest. This is the perfect solution to that since it clears IzzBee and that's a wait-until-it-spawns-again quest. Lemme know if you're still having issues.

Make sure you don't have the other base quests or one from Izzby in your log. If so, get rid of them and then try.

@@chasp9369 that's the one. Either complete it or get rid of it. You can try logging out as well. That will clear your stuff. Then grab Chavez again.

It won’t let me radio him through the workshop
