Ok, I was actually there. 0:56 I'm the Frisk, with my brother cosplaying as sans. I had so much fun. you can also see us at 1:25 near the top left. I'm sorry that this is a dumb comment, I'm just happy! 2:00 there was the nicest Toriel cosplayer in front of me, making sure I could see ok. My brother was at 2:03 climbing up the steps against the railing. Also, I met the Temmie in the graduation hat. She said I was a "Cute hooman." I gave her a hug. So warm! Near the back in the middle was my brother at 2:15. Right by the Chara. At the very beginning of the meet up, there was a group of Mettatons nearby so I got an idea. My brother lifted me into the air and I struck a pose and shouted, "WHOSE MORE FABULOUS NOW, METTATON?" sadly all the Mettatons had left. What sucks is that we left after the snowdin photoshoot.
