sorry i read this book when i was 15 i’m 19 and when i first read it i thought everything was macins fault but dude she spends the hole time with him pushing him away for one reason or another then gets really upset when she thinks she’s lost him letrly and she doesn’t love aspin she loved her old life and uses him like a net the second she had him she didn’t want him bc she doesn’t and how can she blame him for looking into another option he’s mead it so clear if she just said yes he’d end it but she won’t so of course he’s looking for someone else

I quite like her too actually. She genuinely seems to love Maxon and is sure of him. I do want America and Maxon together though
