There's new corrupt practice in operations of EVMs....when I went and pressedthe button....no beep sound came. So I pressed it again.....no beep. I protested after that he activated and than and than only I saw red light as well as beep sound came. Today's TOI highlighted a similar incident on 2nd page of Bangalore edition . So please do not leave the spot until "Beep" sound comes.
Hope this piece of advice will help voters in remaining 5 phases.
There may be some Congressi and Communist BSTDs in the Presiding officer role who doing these tactics to help congress and secular thugs.

Why should not the EC Punish these enumeration officers with jail term. This punishment will deter the party loyalists during the enumeration process.
The sole criterion for the choice of the EC is their spinelessness. How do you expect them to take any action?

The beep sound system was not switched on.Fortunatly my wives cuz asked the poll person why. He sheepishly grinned & switched on the beep system to enable voteing.

That's your ignorance. This is a common occurrence. The third polling officer who has to perform the monotonous job of resetting the system gets mentally tired especially in the drowsy afternoons and forgets to do it. The discrepancy between the total in EVM and in the register is quite common. Many old persons are not aler enough to notice the absence of beep.
People who protested showed a copy of the voter list published in Jan 2024 containing names of all those around 850 who could not exercise
Annamalai and his polling organization sec to collect data and file a case. booth management is a local community level affair and needs to be done properly.

I got a voice post in WhatsApp from a voter of Bengaluru City saying that Polling Officer 3, after putting the black ink on his right forefinger, didn't activate the EVM fir voting, but told him to go and vote in the booth. When he tried to vote, there was no long beep after he pressed the party button, and no VVPAT also came out. When he complained and asked him to activate the EVM for his vote, the Polling Officer gave out a big grin abd then activated the EVM resulting in a short beep heard by all!
This is how one's vite can be misused if one is not aware if the full process if EVM functioning!
No channel spoke about these irregularities. Hats off to both of you. Please follow-up and ensure it does not happen again!!

There should be central register of voters under EC and AADHAR link is a must.
No political party or local officials must be involved in Additon or Shift or Deletion. All these must be done online with AADHAR as the base reference. Please send this suggestion to EC and all viewers. Let's build pressure to better the existing rotten system.

44:26 if the nos are inflated, were the booth agents unaware? Why didnt they raise their concerns? In my constituency, the booth agent said that he expects counterfeit voting would start by 4pm.... If this is a common knowledge, why werent the agents vigilent?
One way of cleaning the voters list is to entrust the task of physical verification to ex-servicemen in each state on an assignment basis and keep all State Govts personnel out of this.After all a serving government person has an axe to grind.

The canddidates have to identify 15 days before the elections whether all eligible voters are in the list or not and any discrepancy should be brought to EC notice. Similarly on the date of elections the booth agents have to note down the missing ch others names and immediately lodge complaint by at leat next day. If it is more than 20k for the entire single constituency then the elections to that constituency should be cancelled and repoll should be conducted. If that is introduced I think most of the constituencies may go for repoll. Even the cases related to elections filed in courts will be settled after a decade. By that time the candidate completes two terms in office.

We need to have awareness videos on TV on how the voting process is done. I got to hear a forward on WhatsApp which mentioned that it is the duty of the person marking our finger to activate the EVM, but when I cast my vote, no such thing happened. In fact, I had to press twice to hear the long beep.
Came across a video where in Bangalore the EVM is not enabled n the voter is marked as voted and if the voter doesn’t know that they have to wait for the beep sound to come firm their vote registration then these votes are used to manipulate…

Parties take care of voters by appointing booth representatives well in time so that they take care voters. 4. Ec should work all the year and review if any abnormal difference.
Low voter turnout can be fixed by having one country,one vote .

By scanning the QR CODE OR the Barcode we get the full details of the voter including the booth details. As this is a computer generated voter card there is no way the voter details can be removed

In Bangalore in Shanti Nagar one of the booth, the officer who puts the ink didn't switch the machine to vote and to check their sign which they had pressed

Congress and Indi parties are absent from election campaign in many North Indian states like MP, UP, Chattisgarh, Maharashtra and this resulted poot turn out though minorities voted in large. Even in booths opposition parties workers are absent.After first phase and second phase, NDA is around 130 seats, Indi 55 seats and others around 5 seats.

Let me add about Trivandrum, last time vote share increased due to two factors1) Due to Shabarimala, People wanted to ensure defeat of left, 2) Kerala media spread its going to be a repeat of 2004, NDA will be defeated & Rahul Gandhi from Wayanad is going to be the PM. Hence there was a mass voting for congress. This time both factors are missing. But Its know the central Trivandrum the strong hold of BJP , Voting percentage this time is low, but the Costal belt where Latin Catholics are dominant there saw a high polling. LC Bishop though did not openly say, but asked to vote against both Centre & State Govts due to freezing of their Accounts, that means in favor of Mr. Tharoor. But Yes there are high chance of win for BJP in Trivandrum along with Attingal & Thrissur. There are also a high chance for Alappuzha, Palakkad, Pathanamtitta & Kasaragod, BJP is supposed to reach 30% vote share. In a 3 way contest 33-34 % can win.

Sir, as per the undertaking given by EC in a PIL before the SC that without giving notice to the voter they will not delete the names of voters.But thix is not followed and hence EC is a contemptnor.

The main reason for low vote percentage is something else which no body is concerned. The actual reason is names of many non Muslim voters are missing from voter's list and most of them don't have valid voter's id card. BJP is not at all interested in this basic factors. I think Muslim influencel clerics have been successful in deleting the names of non Muslim voters by using all the possible means.

The Election Commission needs thorough overhauling ,as elections are the very purpose of a free India. Gvt. should club together a few not so busy departments like telephones ,postal departments etc should work for election commission to enrol legal voters & remove the names of illegal intruders .
TN Election Commissioner has sold himself long back.He is holding this post for more than 7 years.
All the government employees concerned for wrong addition, deletion, change of booth, etc.without any proof should be dismissed without any superannuation benefits and punished with imprisonment and penalty. All the eligible voters should be given a supplementary chance in the following month.
Official responsible for wanton deletion should be taken to task.Deletion should be supported with proper documents.
