ISAAC was so much fun to watch and all the group interactions were GOLD! Something we would never get otherwise. BUT, they were quite poorly organized. The shooting went on for hours and hours and the idols who are constantly on super busy schedules got little to no rest, even leading to injuries. Companies would urge their groups to participate just to get traction and visibilty, especially the smaller groups even in the midst of combacks. Honestly, ISAAC during the 2nd gen was a big fan fest. Male and female idols interacted freely with each other and the fans treated it as friends hanging out. But with the proceeding generations, fans got more and more psycho about male female interactions and it was honestly just not the same. You wouldn't see the kind of wholesome interaction of SHINEE and F(X) if it was 4th gen... So yeah, ISAAC got messy. BUT THEY'RE BACK! Hopefully the idols get to participate this time without too much pre4ssure and be able to have fun.
How about when red velvet irene was able to feed all the idols. Because one of the host made a bet if irene will be able to target the bulls eye, all idols will get a fried chicken. And she did it.

no it was gone for like 2 yrs because of covid pandemic.. it returned in 2022 but not all idols participated and it's not as iconic anymore with all the funny grps and very athletic idols not participating anymore.. even b4 , grps did not attend after a few yrs into their career especially very successful grps but now rookie grps from big companies are successful from the get go and are too 'prestigious' ( the companies pov) for it..

The ones that lead to strike are very known such as the paid content that are aired in channels and stuff.
