There are many similar products out there, and despite the price differences, they’re pretty much all the same. I'd recommend getting mess tins that come with accessories like a steamer rack or a foldable cutting board. I get it regarding the tent, I prefer the classic tent on the floor and all the ritual getting it ready, instead of a roof tent. But for example, a water tank with a pump to wash things, hands, a side awning to provide shadow and protection when it rains... I personally think those are must, but I'm interested on your opinion with those kind of camping accesories for your car.
Thanks for your long-time support, mate! You bring up a good point. There are a few reasons why I haven't fully kitted out my Jimny with permanent camping accessories. First, I always try to use different setups for my camping trips. The products you mentioned are great, and I have owned some of them in the past. However, fixtures on the roof rack can limit the possibilities. I want to keep my channel fresh by showcasing something new in each video, whether it's new locations, new camping foods, or new setups. Secondly, I often camp in cold places, and a water tank fixed outside would definitely freeze at night. Just last week, I did a camping trip in the mountains where the temperature dropped to -9°C at night, so I had to move my water tank inside my tent. (And yes hot tent videos are coming to our channel soon :D) That's my approach as both a camper and a content creator. And I'm honoured to hear that our channel can provide you with a little bit of inspiration for your next camping trip. Happy camping!

In my case I live in a tropical hot and rainy country so we really need those kind of car accesories for camping, it never snows here and temperature barely gets below 5 degrees so never considered the water tank freezing haha. U Japanese guys have it easy no restrictions or anything in England ur not allowed to wild camping but peeps do I stay on campsites there not bad but u do get some weirdos
