I love that actually - they put you right next to a chest and natural gamer instincts tell you "open chest, itll have something i need" and then just have it be USELESS GEMS so you waste your time opening it "My greed killed me" type of shit 😂 thats great . This and Green Hell are the first on my list when i get a vr set
Green Hell isn't really that great. There are better games to start VRing :)

This game looks AMAZING. The physics look satisfying and the visuals are STUNNING and I love the simple but fun concept of it!! I would HAPPILY get this game if I had a VR set.
i got it you are right looks great physics are cool picking up stuff is a nightmare because they tried to be clever instead of going with what works and unfortunately the first day just repeats over and over and over and over and over you get the picture the pois are just visual nothing game related if you want to know what its like to get stranded on a deserted island and die from boredom this is the almost a game for you

did u went on top of the mountain? I wonder what is there. I tried but on last vine near the rop bats attacked me and darkness killed me cause there wasnt any stuff to create a fire. Now I am on my 11 th day on the beach but supplies are getting thin (mostly coconuts) so soon I have to move on top that mountain. In the ship wreck u can find some equipment like belt pirate cap and so on. So I think it is better to move there and then on top of the mountain.

Looks fun, two thoughts: a campfire by chests makes an enemy obstacle while you utilize the contents overnight; but a campfire on an outcrop cuts-off predators whole approach.

Like wolf himself said, The amount of interaction is truly amazing, just ripping open a clam shell or smashing your way into a chest feels so great to pull off. Definitely the next game I'll buy!

There are they where in the trailer but nobody has seen them yet they are most likely deep into the jungle and most people die before they can get that far. Me and my friend have been searching for them for a while now

I kinda feel that using the coconut halve or clam shell once its eaten could hold items, such as the powder bag or ammo pouch. As long as you keep it upright nothing should fall.

pt 2 ,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,are all the same this is everything this game has to offer open chests full of shit you don't need drink coconuts make fire wave burning stick at creatures repeat over and over again give it 5 years of developments minimum before this is actually a game

it took 4 days for this man to start playing with corpses. the insanity hits some faster then others
if you ever play this again, I wanted to share a tip, you can use planks stacked in a particular way to make a sort of plat to stack things on and carry more stuff around. I don't think the game intended this but it does work.

The thylacine and monitor gave me a hint that this might be an Australian island; specifically Tasmania.
But we don’t have any volcanoes, so the game could be a speculative story where you had actually went back in time.

i've come to know that finding a coconut is like being in paradise. crack it open and peel the skin of it off for some KINDLING, crack the center open for FOOD from the flesh of the coconut, and some WATER from the coconut. and maybe a ROCK-like shell. if i ever play this, i'm gonna stockpile coconuts

Being killed by darkness reminds me of Zork (the OG Zork that was only text commands). There was a dark attic, and you needed a light to go up into the attic, otherwise the Grue would get you.

Btw it might be worth hanging onto a lock as they seem to produce far more sparks than just two rocks. Might come in a pinch.

pistols in every second chest but they dont kill wildlife and even if you did you cant cook or use dead animals. the torches are pointless use a stick. animals dont do shit. i could have survived indefinitely but would have killed myself irl from boredom. first life 16 days and only died because of buggy shit drowned standing on the beach without ever having gone into the water there is nothing at lookout or ship this is not a game its a single part ie eat and drink part of a survival game i have played m,ost survival games and this is at the bottom of the list if you want a challenge try the long dark or dayz long dark i hated but because not my thing still brilliantly done this however should either be in the trash or starting development because this is a concept for a game not an actual game

Those are not dogs or wolves they are Thylacines a Marsupial which is now extinct since about 100 years ago that the date of this games in 17th century so they are common then and this tells you where you are roughly as they were also called the Tasmanian Tiger so they would have been found in Tasmania, New Zealand, New Guinea, and Australia.
