90 knots is literally impossible for a displacement hull to reach. I't couldn't even get close. If you broke the bank and did absolutely everything you could to maximize speed on a design of a yacht this size, you might get it to half that speed, but the cost in money and sacrifices to the rest of the yacht design would be huge, not to mention the operating costs would be insane.
