I grew up paying $.10, $.15 and $.25 for a single, double triple. Because I was a math kid I would always buy 2 doubles instead of a triple, to get the most bang for my buck.
I remember being able to get a soft serve ice cream for $0.55 as a kid in the 1980s but 10 cents sounds pretty good! I don't think I could have eaten 4 scoops as a kid, though. Now, however, I could eat a whole pint, no problem. 😊🍦
i used to love thrifty ice cream but we have noticed the quality is headed downward. the vanilla tastes like the cheap junk at the market and the cherry has fewer and fewer cherries. if you are cutting corners, PLEASE go back to the original recipe, we will pay more because that's how much we have always LOVED your ice cream. thank you
