A good signing that will boost the team for a bit could be Berardi,83 rated, just got relegated with sassuolo but is their standout player. I also think that the signing of bulka for gk spot will be good, for the rb spot I think either bah or tomiyasu are good ideas

(Which didn’t last long) - some sort of weird ownership deal I managed sassuolo on fm years ago because I really liked how berardi played I even have a (fake) sassuolo kit with berardi on the back! Unfortunately EA removed the budget slider in 23, so you can no longer move wages into your transfer budget! 👎 In terms of transfers even having some depth with the likes of Rabiot, Depay and Joselu who are all free agents may help whilst you build the core of a younger team! Was here for Dortmund back in the day, AC, Sevilla so best of luck and Forza Roma. 🇮🇹

That's a fair point; honestly, didn't really think about it too much. I did unfortunately buy him, so what I'll do is use him for this season (he will be second strong anyway) - and then end of season, we will decide together whether I should sell. I actually do really value playing 'realistically', so don't want to go around buying Bellinghams and Yamals!!
