  • After a year and a half of struggling I decided I needed a change. I wasn't showing up how I should for my children or husband. I was tired, miserable, and just surviving each day.
I'm a big advocate for making small sustainable changes and creating good habits to live a healthier life, but the small changes weren't giving me the results I needed.
My goal is to HELP and ENCOURAGE people who are struggling and loosing hope in their health battle. If my story resonates with you, I know your struggles and I'd love to help and be apart of your journey. ❤️

Appreciate hearing about your journey! Love hearing about others’ journeys and how they got to where they are! Our lives are a story and we should be open to share the little gems we have!
About the bees…gotta do what you gotta do! No judgement.
I also struggle with allergies and asthma, being from Texas. Totally with you! I’m glad I’m able to take some medication, Breo is what it’s called, and without it, I would definitely be worse. Of course, good ol’ Flonase helps me too. =)
Oh husbands…we tend to be crazy skeptics. It’s good to have an open mind when it comes to health remedies though.
Good for you cutting back on coffee. I personally don’t drink it, but it’s good to hear others have cut back! Really well done! It’s not easy to cut out habits like that.

Thank you! The real, raw, and vulnerable side is hard to share but so necessary and freeing.
I take Advair and have been on it since about 2002 and then I take an allergy pill daily. It's what's worked for years so I'm not messing with a good thing lol. I'm glad you have something that helps you as well.
I love that I get to enjoy coffee as a treat and not as a necessity. I've never been into energy drinks or pops/sodas or juices so coffee was my caffeine intake but it's still not a good habit.
