Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a comment. Not necessary, just like any strategy a choch could still give a false signal. But the majority of the time it will give you a good reversal

Thanks, I don’t pay for Trading View as my trading is done on MT4. You cannot do the bar reply on all time frames without it

Thanks for asking the question, as I said in the video because it closed up as a bullish candle and closed above the previous candle it indicated a potential break of structure and that price would continue to head higher. The following inside bearish candle confirmed this and the current open weekly candle on this video I was expecting to see a solid close higher break the previous spiked high. If you look at current price you can see this is exactly what happened, with a nice bullish close. Then the following week we saw another strong close to the upside. This is how you read price on the chart correctly.

Does this apply only to Forex or other indices as well? Reason I ask is almost any video I have seen on this topic the reference chart is always forex.

Hi NFXT, On the example you show in the video ( 3.10 ), can I ask why the lh that is broken not a BOS - It broke the low ? I understand that for something to change direction ( or do something different that before ) the behaviour or character has to change so I get it is a CHoCH, but then it's both no ? lol, sorry my mind is saying " computer says no " lol. Can you please put me out of my misery and explain, thanks - Sorry being stupid 🤦♂
Hi thanks for the question, so to answer yes it is a BOS but it is also the “CHOCH” or as it’s always been referred to as the trend reversal, and is at the same time. But just a BOS would be in the trend direction, so the trend continuation breaking the highs in a uptrend or lows in the downtrend. The difference is at what point they occur on the chart

It’s difficult on lower time frame like 5 or 1
This is where you need to start higher and use the lower time frame to qualify zones. This is exactly how I teach my students in the masterclass course
Choch looks like quasimodo concept
Change of character is basically just a trend reversal that’s been around since the beginning
