I just bought one. Love the quality of the jacket however do be warned, aniline is luxury leather but that means it is incredibly delicate. I've ordered Goldtops wax for mine to help make it weather resistant but as standard any water whatsoever will damage the jacket. Aniline is incredibly porous with no water resistant layer so it is not a daily rider. I bought mine without finding this out online but am still happy with my jacket
You can’t go wrong with Goldtop. I have one of their jackets and some of their gloves. All are beautifully designed and made, reasonably priced and a joy to use.

What's your thoughts on wearing this with drop down bars the reach forward would they jacket ride up you back way too much ? Im 6'3 long arms an torso...snap 🤷🏼♂️ would it be too short
GoldTop are a really old company prominent in the 50s and 1960s alongside Lewis leathers. They sort of disappeared until the name was resurrected by 'The Glove man' who always had some great items for sale. A friend bought a jacket similar to this one and I bought some merino 1960s style gloves and we are both delighted with these products
I've said it before but I would really like to see a silver lining in one of their black leather jackets , I love the lining in blue and gold but I think a silver would look the nuts .
Just on the wee point at the start, have you ever considered having a British made section, or even showing the country of origin more prominently on your website? I would love to buy British or even Euro/US made more often but it feels like you need to go out of your way to find countries of origin nowadays as the vast majority tend to be the far east.
Possible, but we have not had any bad feedback on any of their jackets, the tailoring around the collar will help against this when it is zipped up, and your ears should be protected inside your helmet. - UR
Well if you say so. I had a pretty bad experience once when I wore a jacket collared like this. That sound of flapping collar on helmet took all the fun out of that ride. On streets it should be fine I guess but on freeways I am pretty sure it will flap.

I own this jacket. This isn't an issue.
