And now, here's the stage everyone remembers. This stage starts off with perilous platforming from ship to ship in the sky. Any missed jumped will result in you dying. Once you reach the main ship, the main threat comes in these electric barriers scattered throughout the ship. You can disable them by attacking the generators scattered about, but they will reactivate a few seconds later. Anyway, our main objective is the control room, where Ciel can disable the bomb. However, after she starts, enemies start appearing and we have to defend her. Now, Ciel is actually unable to die, but any damage she takes will be subtracted from your mission score. After the bomb is disabled and the enemies are dealt with, Ciel is transported out. The ship starts to go down before Zero can leave so we gotta go the long way. After making it to our ship, we our ambushed by Kuwagust Anchus, the second of the Anchus brothers, the first one we fought in Zero 1.
To earn the Energy Form, you need to collect 25 health capsules in one level, and with all the enemies that spawn during the bomb defusal part, there will be plenty you can pick up here. However, if you haven't gotten the Erase Form yet, you will likely get it here since the Shield Boomerang is the best option for defending Ciel from the enemy projectiles outside of being a meat shield yourself. And you can only get one form per stage.
