This is Tom from the Worldwide Center of Mathematics walking you through important and useful features of your TI-84 graphing calculator.
This TI-84 plus graphing calculator series is meant to be an instructional walkthrough that covers some of the most often used functions on a TI-84. This particular video covers probability and shows the viewer how to calculate permutations, calculate combinations, and how to use probability distributions. The software used in this video is TI-Smartview.
It's 2019 and you are still SAVING GPA's WOW THANKS!
Concise and instructive, thanks! Needed this
My P does not allow me to input the n and r values
mine eather
What you have to do is type the first number first, then do nPr, then input the second number
Great crash course on the functions
Thank you
I hit the nPr button like you did but when i hit it it didnt go to the same screen, it didn look he same
I am trying to use this function but it keeps population the previous answer to calculate. Anyway, I can get rid of the previous answer? I cant seem to figure it out.
What if I wanted to find my x value and more? How would I do that?
Idk what’s wrong with my calculator
After hitting enter for normal cdf it takes me to Err:syntax
What does that mean??
Nice Job!!
is there a way to calculate a trinomial distribution?
Very helpful 👌🏻👌🏻
This did not help me. I need a video on the mean is X and the Standard deviation is Y. What is the prob that (some number) would be the one chosen
😂😂😂😂😂
know that its been a while since this video was made, but i hope that someone could answer how would enter knowing the percentage, and N and the probability is written as “between more then (number ) and less then ( number )”in the calculator? So its not asking this in separate questions? As in your demonstration
Very helpful video
thank you I love you
thanks bro
2024 and still saving GPA's
