I don’t mind you giving the dealer more tips, you might consider lowering your bet on the trips unless your on the streak. The ultimate bonus is an ok bet, the payout is much better than the trips. If your bet is the same as your bonus bet you will end up losing every hand or break even the least. Sometimes you need to set a rules on what to 4x consistently to have a better outcome. I know I would have left up had I not been betting so heavily for the dealers but I do like making people happy as well. It's a fine line between winning and ensuring everyone is happy. I always tell my dealers 10% after taxes. Lol
When I am on Carnival, I always tell them 20% on the progressives. It hasn't hit yet, but when it does, everyone's gonna be happy that day!
When you start winning multiple hands in a row like you did you should press your bet and blinds not just your trips and pair bonus
