    30, lakh me plot aata kaha hai bro mere ghar ke yaha 1 lakh rupee gaj hai and ghar bnane me bhi 30 lakh lga lo toh itna paisa na ho toh plot kaise le please iska bhi bta do sir

    It depends on a lot of factors . Cost of buying a plot and building a house from scratch is far more expensive than buying a flat . Also , depends on the family size and plans for the future . ..Also , there are more amenities and security features offered in apartment complexes than plots and some people may prefer that . Also , if one buys a branded apartment from a top builder , the apartment cost will appreciate decently over time along with the option to generate rental yield if one plans it that way .

    Bhai manloy agar ek jagah 100 gaj ka plot 30000 rs gaj hai toh 3000000 rs+ 4 storey depend upon you 40 lakh to 60 lakh
    That means 40+30 =70 lakh
    70 lakh ÷4 = 17.5 lakh ka ek flat parah jiski kimat 30 to 50 lakh hoti hai ab smajhgay construction cost same rahata hai depends on plot rate par gaj 😢 but wait for 8 to 1 year for construction its double money 🤑

    30 L Flat karidunga aur Airbnb pe daalu ga din ka 2000 aayega toh mahineka 60000 saal ka 720000 10 saal ka 7200000😅😅

      Very bad suggestion, airbnb depends on good location and footfalls, if those are low then you are done.
