Mana Cuff - can be purchased from the friendly witch in the swamp
Anima Fang - can be purchased from Devai in Darkgreen Retreat or Legacy of The Legion
Elite Shield - can be obtained by completing Sinister Scourage quest from Kyle

How to make the build 10x better: Change Kai Warrior to Muk Ranger.
Muk Ranger can be crafted at Elite Knights with Apprentice rank.
Muk Ranger Stats:
20 Dex (Extra Swing Speed)
20 Str
10 Def
15% Max Mana
EVERY ROLL (This build whole point is roll) gives you 1 stack of Spin Energy, AKA Movement Speed and Swing Speed.
Speed and Swing Speed max out at 15.81%
And gives Ranged weapons 50% chance to proc Spin dmg.

since i'm not good at the game i'm not saying whether you are right or wrong but I think the point of kai warrior is to do more burn damage with the +3 level on the blue flame

Using the technique and the heavy deals more dmg than the burn.
