i live in my own flat on the 2nd floor and sometimes my neighbors from the top floor are so noisy at night so i try to always tell about that it's illegal to throw a party at night and sometimes it works, but sometimes not...

Had a similar situation when i was living abroad for exchange studying and wish i had seen this video and had the courage to speak for myself instead of putting through it for almost 6 months - thank god there were some plumbing problems and i got to change for the second half of it lol but thank u for the advices, i'm taking this for life!!
