Diagonal length of the square,

(a = .40 ),
= .56568 ~ .566
we can give positional tolerance to shaft(external feature as well)

if we measure the basic dimensions by using height gauge, can use this formula to calculate the true position with the actual measurements
what is the position tolerance ,if dimensions like (25 +0.4 -0.2) OR any unequal bilateral dimensional tolerance
True position X, Y coordinates always comes up with basic dimensions. The basic dimensions usually don't have tolerance and its tolerance related to position tolerance.

If measuring, yes. for measuring GD&T parameters in CMM have to origin the the respective datum called on the feature control frame

I have one doubt, true position is 0.566 ok sir,appo holes oda position within the 0.566 ah irukanuma illa holes oda area within the true position tolerance la irukkanuma sir
Holes position should be within limit(.566). Hole position means (X, Y axis variation from basic dimension)

if you want to learn, you have to learn the technical terms meaning. No problem, start to learn from basic.
To understand this symbol, must have some CMM inspection knowledge.
