Good one but an explanation of what is removed and why and what goes in every place would do your video much better
You have to keep your hotspot on forever, but i mean it’s great. I first ordered the wrong one of aliexpres (which had only mirrorlink) but after i send it back and ordered the right one it’s now all good :). The setup process is kinda hard, doesn’t tell you what to do in the instructions. I think it’s because it’s an pirated apple carplay lol
Zie nu pas dat je nederlands bent. Jouwne was wel erg duur op amazon. Ik had mijne op alie voor 150
joo ja klopt ik heb een vergelijkbare op amazon gezocht want die ik op ali had verkopen ze niet meer. ligt beetje aan het systeem wat je wilt, het verschil in prijs zit hem in de snelheid van de computer die erin zit.
ze verkopen die gewoon op Alie. van mij die zit sinds een week erin.

From the amp. Yeah I was really suprised hoe much sound 2 little speakers and a small subwoofer produce in this car

geat video, thanks mate! couple of questions - did you connect both usb (4-6pin)?where did you place them? no place for them in the plastic frame. - how did you wire/connect the antena?
I didnt do the antenna because I dont use it. I have no usb port also, maybe make a cutout for it in the frame? I use the cigarette lighter for charging my phone.
I did wire the antenna, bought a din to iso cable on amazon for a few euros. Used the 4-pin usb cable as the 6-pin was not recognized by the tablet. Routed it to a small gap on the passenger side, near the feet :)
I ended up drilling a small hall down and place the two usb cables there, super happy with the results 😊. thanks guys for the replies.

I’ve had my CarPlay for ages now and the buttons on the outside for volume and things have never lit up? Have I not plugged something in or am I missing something?
Hmm not sure, that should be the main wire bundle that goes into the screen.

One u get one with a usb connectivity? The last one I bought had problem with android auto as it would disconnect frequently
Mine connected good almost every time. Sometimes it didnt connect then I had to turn of the car and turn it on again
dude you did it all wrong you needed to pull the temp button the round one and unscrew the screw then pop the whole fascia off your lucky you never snappped that hazard light button when you pulled on it

I have a biiiig problem. When I launched the equalizer app. The tablet froze and then restarts over and over again. Can’t even reset it through the reset pin. It’s annoying. What do you think I should do. Do you have any idea? 😃
Try to disconnect all the wires to the screen and then disconnecting the battery. Leave it for 15 minutes then reconnect the battery and then the cables to the screen. Hope that will work. If not let me know
@@DIYTuningdid you need to change any wiring, or was it just plug and play? Because I find it very strange. The color that comes out from my car cablage is different colors then the adapter one has from the Junsun case. Do I might need to switch so I get the Black red and everything matching? What do you suggest?
Ik heb deze laatst ingebouwd en 2 dagen later blijft ie opnieuw opstarten elke keer. Komt niet verder dan het android logo. Weet jij hier miesschien iets van of dat deze valt te resetten?
Er zit een gaatje linksbovenin volgensmij, daar moet je met een dun pinnetje in drukken. Dan reset hij hem. En als dat niet werkt de accu los voor een kwartier en dan kijken of dat werkt.

Does it have more amplifying power than the original unit? I upgraded the speakers but the difference is not noticeable
Have not tested it without an amp but can't imagine its much better than with the stock head unit. For really nice sound get an amp that can power the two front speakers and a small (6.5 inch) subwoofer in the back

Not sure, I got them from a local store. I believe the speakers are 10cm and the subwoofer was 16,5cm

Ik heb een Toyota Aygo uit 2013, dus het lijkt erop dat ik een quadlock 40-pin aansluiting heb, maar volgens mij heb ik een ISO nodig. Weet je wat voor aansluiting ik hiervoor moet hebben?
Ik zou het eerlijk gezegd niet weten. In de doos zat wel heel veel extra bedrading/koppelstukken. Waarschijnnlijk wel een die passend is.
@cynthiabuis2875 Ik hoor graag of je dit hebt opgelost en hoe. Ik heb een 107 uit 2012 met de fabrieksautoradio die bluetooth heeft. Daardoor dus ook geen ISO aansluiting..

Is het scherm ook goed te gebruiken zonder apple carplay of android carlink? Dus zodra die opstart dat je dan meteen kan verbinden met bluetooth en via het beginscherm je muziek kan bedienen?
Hij verbind gelijk met bluetooth ja. Android auto/apple carplay is drna opgestart in een halve minuut bij mij. Je kan dus gw gelijk muziek spelen als je android auto niet gebruikt (ga ik vanuit).
Waar ik benieuwd naar ben is de navigatie al in de android radio of haalt hij die van je telefoon af ?
Hij pakt de navigatie van je telefoon, eigenlijk alle apps. Werkt echt top
@@DIYTuning ok hij doet dus helemaal niks zelfstandig, dus eigenlijk meer een groot scherm voor je telefoon
@@happymark1805 Klopt precies, enige verschil is dat je voor het bedienen van het scherm geen boete krijgt en bij je telefoon wel. Je kan je telefoon natuurlijk ook in de houder doen (volgensmij mag je hem dan ook bedienen) maar ik moet zeggen dat zon groot scherm wel echt fijn is tijdens het rijden. Je hebt de navigatie, je muziek op een groot scherm en je kan snel mensen bellen ook.

Weet ik niet zeker, er zat bij mij wel een enorme hoop draden en connectors bij die ik niet nodig had dus ik denk dat ze dat er gw altijd bij pleuren ofso😅

How exactly did you get in with the plus cable? from the engine room to the them room. Did you cut something open or press it in?
There is one rubber grommet that you can push the cable through. Tape the cable the wire to a long screw driver and push it through the grommet

Heb je een oplossing voor het krijgen van geluid… alles werkt behalve het geluid

How do u connect antenna wire to turn on subwoofer when the key in the ingnition.
I think there is an antenna wire comming from the radio that you connect to your amp/sub

How is your Junsun system? Does it still operate well? I read some mixed opinions about it...
For me it works very well. Only complaint I have is that sometimes the system has trouble connecting to android auto when i turn on and off the car multiple times in a short period, but that doesnt happen very often
Turning on standby mode should fix that
Waarom niet gekozen voor een underseat subwoofer? Hoef je ook geen stroom kabel naar je accu te zetten.
Ik wil dit wel gaan doen, kan je dan gewoon de subwoofer aansluiten op de carplay zonder gedoe?
Ik neem aan dat er naar elke sub/amp gewoon een dikke stroomkabel moet? Ik heb voor een kleine (6,5 inch geloof ik) losse sub achterin gekozen omdat ik al een amp had liggen. Hij neemt ook niet teveel ruimte in beslag en het bass geluid is echt perfect voor zo'n kleine auto

Klopt ik heb die niet omdat ik zelf geen radio luister. Ik weet ook niet precies welk koppelstuk je nodig hebt. K kan t ff voor je uitzoeken, stuur me maar dm op insta @diytuning_
@@DIYTuning heb een DIN-ISO antenneplug besteld, gaan we zien als dat werkt. Bedankt voor je bericht. Apple carplay werkt nog niet bij mij, android auto wel. Denk dat ik de 4G antenne moet installeren of een andere usb kabel probeer, zijn er namelijk 2. Een 6 en 4-pin uit m'n hoofd
yo bro, heb jij de link nog/specifieke model van de carplay module?
Zou op Ali zoeken naar een Junsun unit. Heb zelf 2/32 met AA voor ongeveer €105. Hij heeft de 4/64 unit met AA voor het dubbele.
4/64 heb je in principe alleen nodig als je navigatie apps wilt gebruiken op de unit zelf. Doe je dat via AA/Carplay en luister je op de unit zelf verder alleen radio/Spotify, dan is 2/32 voldoende.

@@DIYTuning blijkt op dit model dus niet te zitten. 3 uitvoeringen van deze wat wij hebben maar net deze dus niet. Die app zit er ook niet op....

Yes you need an adapter piece fot he antenna, i dont use the radio so i dont know wich one you need. Yes it turns on and of with the key so the battery wont go dead

No I didnt use the USB

It's not fragile! Well, I haven't tested it with a hammer or something :) but it looks legit! The unit works as is supposed to and for the money is an excellent purchase
