Assuming the knight starts on a1, After each odd move, the knight is on a white square, after each even move - on a black one. So on the 63rd move, the knight will definitely come to the white square. But the square h8 is black, therefore, after the last move, the knight cannot be on this square. All that being said, if the knight starts on a black square, it will end up being on a white square by move 63. If it starts on a white square, it will end up being on a black square on move 63. Mathematically, there's no way for a knight to reach all the squares without going on a single one twice.
