  • Power Catamarans have quickly become one of the most popular boats on the water. HMY Yachts, among the leaders in new yachts and brokerage sales, will be the exclusive distributor for the U.S.A., Canada, Central, and South America, The Caribbean, and The Bahamas regions, starting with the 555 built by Two Oceans Marine Manufacturing and designed by Du Toit Yacht Design.
The Two Oceans 555 power catamaran is an impressive 55-foot vessel and is built to the highest quality standards on the market today. Elegant simplicity is one way of describing Du Toit’s styling, and their interior designs are light, modern, and low maintenance. The 55’ Power Cat is comparable in space and accommodations to a 70’ motor yacht and boasts a modern, luxurious, high-end finish and accommodations. With an exceptionally comfortable ride in rough seas, and also at higher speeds, she will burn nearly half the fuel compared to a motor yacht of equal accommodations, and she’s also more environmentally friendly. Her standard equipment will meet U.S. specifications.

This boat is massive. How do I know? He said it 9 times. Don’t ask me how many time he said unique or expansive.

"The helm is standard with all you see here." What, pray tell was that? I couldn't examine it in the one second glance I was given.

Hi, what a fantastic layout, can this boat be spec'd with a lower helm station? What is the price of boat as featured in the video?

Great boat, but once again the range of the boat at cruising speed is not given, which is always a disappointment as I take it to mean it's not a selling point, and therefor not great.

Just putting some seadeck on all the plastic outised flooring would elevate this boat visually. Its a beautiful thing but looks cheep with all plastic flooring outside

The presenter is pretty insulting, or does 360 degree view mean something else in his world? It's plain it is a lie because right when he says it, there is the in-cabin shot showing the galley walls and fridge, and - amazingly - you can't see through them! So in the galley, the view is probably 270 degrees at best (hard to know without seeing the size of the mullions). Even standing in the middle of the bridgedeck cabin it's not going to be much more than 300 degrees.
Is this pedantic? Nope. When someone says "360 degrees" and it isn't, it is not sales pitch, it is a pure lie. Instead, how about telling the truth or at least not lie: you can still sell the joy and say "you can almost see all the way around from inside", or "the allaround view is maximised". Both are weasly but true.
