Software outages, failures and disruptions, big and small, are often reported as software or technical issues. As software engineers, testers and developers, we are the humans behind the systems that broke down, and the stories we will share about software disasters will, in turn, entertain you, fill you with horror... and perhaps help you understand a bit more about how and why software disasters happen. Only then, perhaps, we can better deal with them.
