  • Figuring out your brand can make or break your business.
In this video, I discuss Pat Flynn’s “Brand in a Hand” process and how it helped me refine my target audience.
I dive into the five key elements: people, passion, problems, platform, and products, and share how I’ve adapted them to fit my needs.
I also talk about the importance of continuous improvement and staying updated with market changes.
I explain why targeting busy founders, like myself, who want to build global brands using video, makes the most sense for me.
Who is your ideal customer and how do you reach them?

Nice walk through Gideon. I like the comparison process at the end and can see how that could improve or disprove the first attempt.
    All the best.

I've been a subscriber of you for those 12 years...great explanation of something that can be complicated, thank you! - Can you tell me what are you using for your writing screen sharing, that's really cool!

Wow that is amazing Fernando! For the writing screen sharing, I am using a combination of tools:
      - Ipad Pro + Apple Pencil for doing the drawing
      - Concepts app on the Ipad Pro - with a blue screen background
      - EcammLive for switching between my iPad Pro and my computer screen, and using the blue screen setting for removing the blue screen part of my iPad Pro, so you only see the drawings.
That's the basics of it - there are a few fine tuning details too. But perhaps I can create a video tutorial showing my setup.
