What an inspiration this sermon is...be encouraged men and women, boys and girls EVERYWHERE....God is for us, and NOT against us.
Let us choose life while we still can, for a time will come upon the Earth, sadly, according to scripture, when a famine of God's word will prevail against those who don't know the word of truth for themselves.
Let us not be counted in that number...Heaven is opened for business 24/7; just for you, and for me, and all else who would approach the throne of Grace and mercy. What a matchless love.

Her writing are the lesser light of the Bible.
Please don’t say these things if you never read her books, she referred you back to the Bible all through her writing.
Everything she was shown to by God is coming to pass as we live each day.
Please I prayer, get her books and you will tell me differently!!!
The Bible is Gods authority and no book can replace it!! Period.
All she wrote was given to her by God Himself.
All the books you hear Pastor Skeet read from are written by her, Christ Object Lesson, The Great Controversy and so many books by her. Everything he says are always directing us to be obedient to Jesus.

I am not an Adventist but a sabbath keeper. I am blessed by Pastor Skeete I just cant understand why Adventist put so much effort in E. Whyte's writings when she is NOT in the bible. The Bible is the only book that is inspired by God. Other than that I thoroughly enjoy this man of God!! May God continue to bless Him.
Thank you for this observation zazzy. Ellen G white was a prophet and her writings are in agreement with the Bible. The best way to understand Ellen white's writings is to read them for yourself. If you find anything contrary to the bible teachings reject it.
Nothing to worry zazzygirl2 about what you are saying for you are not inspired, because you are not in the Bible.

Prophecy is one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. It is rather interesting though. Growing up in the Adventist church, one of the things we were criticized for was that we didn't 'see' meaning that we didn't have prophets but the prophetic writings of Ellen G White is also a problem to many. Anyway - "Believe in God and you shall be established, believe His prophets and you shall prosper " - 2 chronicles 20:20. I am a living witness.
She is mentioned there, in Revelation 14:9 it mentioned the testimony of Jesus, the testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of prophecy and her writings are the Spirit of prophesies....
