Pretty terrible reffing. Why no yellow card for the clear head on head contact? And an uncalled for shove? Australia got away with whatever they wanted it seemed.
Kat Roche is a good ref but I think all would agree that Paki should’ve been red carded for the head on head. Where was the TMO? Irelands second yellow card was a tough call but referees have been consistent in this area in sevens. The penalty/ free kick count was 5 to 4 in Irelands favour.

Ireland had been delaying all game by holding on when play had long gone, and not pulled up for it...Aussies had had enough.
