roma sacking a manager after 4 games is crazy, and as a Milan fan i just don’t know how there was so many good options such as De Zerbi, Tuchel, etc yet we go with Fonseca
Man about Milan i know everything and i can easly say that Milan has the worst owner, (Cardinale), and the worst executives, (Furlani and Ibrahimovic), that I have ever seen. They chose Fonseca because he is someone who is silent, not annoying to Furlani and Ibra, trains the players that give him without asking anything and does not complain against the company with journalists. This is the craziest way in the world to choose a coach, but even worse is the transfer market they have done. They have been saying for months that they want to play 4-2-3-1 and amazingly they haven’t bought a player who can play 2 in midfield (even Fofana doesn’t know how to do it, he’s an offensive half-winger). Milan has only 4 midfielders and are all half-wings there is no defensive midfielder and not even a director. A total disaster, they play every Sunday with 4 or 5 players out of role, a madness. In more they had said to want a playingpossession and offensive, (although in Milqn had all players from counterattack), and took 3 players out of 3, (Pavlovic feet crooked, Fofana same thing and Emerson Royal incredibly poor), only Morata was a right purchase (since they want the ball possession and offensive game). The Milan has no player able to set, those with good feet are only the strikers and Theo, this team if slightly pressed or comes out with a long throw of the goalkeeper or you risk disaster. This is the worst property and the worst executives I’ve ever seen.
I also have an answer to the question "why did they not take Tuchel, Conte, Sarri, Motta, De Zerbi etc.?" , in addition to what I told you before, that is, they wanted and still want, coaches with a character that is not strong, (in practice a coach without charisma as Fonseca, in fact the players do not respect him at all); the.reason for not taking those players, for the club that has been growing fastest in Europe for years in terms of turnover is that they wanted a coach who cost so much. They don’t take players over 20mln euros, (a ridiculous thing if you’re talking about Milan), and they didn’t want a coach that cost more than 3mln euros. Now, however, to save 2 or 3 million nor will they lose at least 100 for not entering the Champions. This is not Milan, this property does not respect one of the 5 most important clubs in the world. It’s incredible.
We need to sack Fonseca and take our first choice between Terzic, De Rossi and Tudor while they are still available. Is it early in the season to sack Fonesca ? It is but we can already see the limitations. We will never go deep in the champions league with Fonseca, we probably aren't even able of winning a scudetto under him.

@@Scarface615 no man wtf? 1st we xan't go deep in the Champions beacause Milan it's a disaster, look at how they build the team, only an idiot can do all those errors. Look at the midfield of out team, the club want to play with 2 midfielder but it's not possible beacause we don't have defensive midfielderz all Milan midfielder are box to box, this is incredible. Then they build a team without players that can create from below. All the technical quality of the club is on the 4 offensive players. Between our defense and our midfield, the quality is 0. So Milam has a midfield built in the worst possible way, and also with numbers counted because we have only 4 midfielders, a disaster. As far as the defenders are concerned, nobody has the slightest ability to build from behind, Tomori and Pavlovic have a bad technical quality; Calabria/Emerson are embarrassing; Theo doesn’t know how to do it even if he has the foot. Tell me what the hell training can do with these players!? Then about the coaches you suggest my friend are almost worse than Fonseca. If we have to change we don’t have to go to another mediocre, we have to raise the level at least taking Sarei, (even if in January you have to take him a midfield director). But even with Sarri I think that Milan will not reach the fourth place anyway, next year we do not play the Champions (and are 100mln lost).

Cardinale and RedBird have ZERO ambition for AC Milan.
He wants things to be chaotic to force Theo, Leao and Maignan to leave for big money and then pocket it all instead of properly reinvesting into the squad to improve it. He just wants to milk AC Milan dry for all its money.
De Zerbi, Motta, Sarri, and Tuchel were all available, yet Cardinale and his management only went for Lopetegui and Fonseca. That says it all.

I absolutely disagree with De Rossi sacking. He did not deserve that and Roma’s management are their own worst enemy. These clubs are pulling the Chelsea model and to be quite honest that is ridiculous this world is way to fixated on immediate results especially when you have a newer coach with newer players, they need time to put their team together

It's the lack of balance in the midfield. That's the main problem.
Milan has had this problem for a few years, ever since the scudetto season - we look unprofessional. We can't keep possession, we can't press, we can't shoot, we can't defend, and worse of all it looks like we're not even trying half the time. It has to be a culture issue behind the scenes.

Another reason for the lack of top talents (especially in attack) in Italy is the approach to youth training. It is far too focused on tactics and fails to adequately develop technical and creative abilities.

Guys I have to say 1 bad thing about american investors that as you Italy: they are absolutely terrible. I’m not a Roma fan but I know that he hasn’t been kicked out for the first 4 match, he has been kicked out beacause he is a great friend of Totti and some days ago Totti has attacked Roma in a hard way. But guys the worst owner I’ve ever seen by far is Cardinal, Ac Milan owner. This subject not only like to Milan without knowing nothing, even the fact that the Milan is the 2nd team in Europe for number of Champions. This is the less important thing, the most important is the way he choose the managers who must work at Milan. First he kicked out Maldini, who had led Milan to win a championship, had tripled his turnover and reached the semi-final of the Champions League, then he put in his place the embarrassing Furlani, one who has never been involved in running a club and I doubt he had ever even seen a match, and then completed the whole thing by taking Ibrahimovic who is a total disaster. In 1 year and 4 months Furlani destroyed 5 years of work by Maldini and with the help of Ibra this summer they made one of the most senseless transfer market I have ever seen. These make the market without talking to the coach and take the players if they are business, if they cost maximum 20mln euro, (which is a ridiculous figure in European football), and if they help you club with marketing. If the player is suitable for the players who are in the team and if it works in the chosen form they see it at the end. In fact they have created a disaster. All summer they say they want a ball possession and offensive kick, so one could think of very technical people who can spin the ball, make triangles, pitches and things like that, Nothing, they took all players with really mediocre technical qualities, (Pavlovic has wooden feet, Emerson is a total mediocre, Fofana is the black twin of Pavlovic in terms of quality),Morata is the only one with the right qualities to do that job. Most have said from the beginning to want to make 4-2-3-1 but these crazy midfielders all have half wings, there is no middle and nobody can play 2, a total disaster that has seen with Turin, Parma, Lazio and Liverpoool. Milan thanks to these failures and a disaster and certainly, as I say from this summer, will not enter the top 4 in the league and therefore will not play the next Champions. The sooner these arrogant American properties go away, the better it will be for everyone.

Yes it’s not nearly what it used to be, for a multitude of reasons, but this is also fundamentally not true. On top of that, given the lack of money and the lack of top players compared to the other top leagues, serie A definitely holds it’s own and is doing well all things considered. If serie A had the money and infrastructure of the prem or la liga, it would absolutely own those leagues. There is so much less money yet serie A is still very much in the conversation. They even earned a 5th CL spot. But whatever, prem faces gonna hate as usual.
