Premium all inclusive does not include champagne and the information available pre booking tells you what it includes and not. It does include (for now) a 1.5 litre bottle of water in your cabin every evening so again your complaint has no validity
If you listen to my video you will clearly hear I said there is a bottle included in PIC and to put it in the fridge the night before if you want to take a cold bottle with you. Made a mistake for prosecco/champagne. But you already know that.
We went June 2024, and Sunday morning put towels on beds (adult only area deck) and nipped down for breakfast. Came back 30 mins later and there was a note on our beds stating they would be checking in 45 mins and if we were not there our towels would be removed. I have no issue with that, 45 mins is reasonable, 2-3 hrs is not. will be back again this weekend, so certainly didn't put us off 😉
I think some 'reserve' and then head off on a day trip. I know in some TUI Hotels, you cannot reserve a sunbed until 10am. That would certainly reduce the serial sunbed hoggers. We'll be in the Voyager this weekend so wish us luck.

That's a reasonable thing to do. Reserving all day and not using them is really selfish tho. I wish people wouldn't do that. Have a lovely holiday.
Seems a really selfish thing to do . Shouldn't be able to reserve. I would of yeeted your stuff into the pool
