Vrabel is just fine, as I went to my first Bears game in 1967 and watched real warriors! Oh the Rams kicked are ass that day. Just make the right choice before i F--king Die😅
Vrabel and Brady teaming up in Vegas actually makes sense to me. Vrabel rights the ship. Imagine showing up to an OC job interview and its Vrabel and Brady asking questions...
wishful thinking. Brady isnt going to be involved to that extent. Also i dont think the raiders are a desirable job to the top coaching candidates without a qb. It would be the bears and pats first
We have a franchise qb now, most Bears team were strong defense and special teams and no offense and since we now have CW it makes way more sense to have an offensive minded HC. We have no Oline but everything else and it seems that Poles can't even get it going right. CW is our highest priority and stop the nonsense. Winning cures all things including leadership. This guy doesn't know what he's talking about facts
It would make more sense even without Caleb. The league is set up to score and that means someone smart - not someone pounding his chest. Dan Campbell gets a lot of credit but he has two of the most sought after coordinators. Get an offensive coach. Good defense coaches are aplenty. Get one for the defense but not for the entire team.
Why would any coach want the Raiders job, and have to go against Reid, Payton, and Harbaugh 6 times a year? The other day Payton said he chose Denver because of ownership, certainly not because he wanted to face Reid and Mahomes twice a year. There are easier ways to make a living.
Why doesn't the Bears have a guy like Chris spelman that was a player and played for their organization that they could bring in and point the Bears in the right direction I know there's a guy out there like Owen are Mike singletary they need to get in touch with some of these older players that know what a Bears team is supposed to look like and help them get a coach that understands what the Bears should look like and you need to smack yourself for saying Josh Daniels we don't want that dude in our state let alone our football team
@@hofftipus4132he did just break a bunch of records and individually have a good rookie year while coaches crumbled around him. Not to mention a bad oline. I’d say, they have their guy
@@Duffyartwork That's my hope. Rex was also the right guy after the first season as was Trubisky. I feel Caleb is in a different class, but time will tell.
You are thinking like a McCaskey now Bigga. Your stuff is usually great but this one - IDK. Thomas Brown has shown nothing. I could live with Josh McCown. Singletary literally melted after his disaster in SF and has been out of coaching though he has the know how for a defense. No on Brown. He is not the smartest guy in the room. All would come super cheap which is what McCaskeys aim for. Make them spend some money for a change.
@ I thought we were looking for culture… That is something you can’t buy… T.Brown has already established a learning curve with Caleb…. That dynamic alone contributes to a better overall outlook…. 2024 exposed the problem with the Bears, not just the team…. I’m glad u get the other positions because I’ve been more than willing to share that option…. The teams success would be important to these coaches….. I know it would be the last on the radar, but these coaches would have the team ready to go….
Leader of men means what exactly? Were the Bears so dysfunctional they need a lion tamer? John Elway was looking for a HC once and proclaimed he was looking for a leader of men just like Albert is saying. He could have hired Kyle Shanahan - the son of his old coach but decided he was not a leader of men - so Elway hired Vance Joseph who has returned to Denver after his failed tenure as a leader of men in Denver to coach the defense. Kyle meanwhile was scooped up despite his non leader of men reputation. This leader of men and culture BS is in rave now for one reason - Dan Campbell. Fact is great coaches come in different looking packages. Vance Joseph may be this so called leader of men but he has not had the success that Shanahan has had. Get a teacher of men, get someone with attention to detail, get someone with a burning desire to win. That is the formula so many successful coaches follow to success.
Let's face it, No Matter who is selected as Head Coach, The Bears will be battling to finish Third or Fourth place in tha Central Division for years to come. The Lions aren't going anywhere, The Vikings are Solid and Green Bay is pretty sound too...
The constant in the NFL is change. No guarantee McCarthy works out, no guarantee GB keeps its HC or Love getting better. Detroit is awesome but what happens when the lose both coordinators. You position now to be them later. The NFL is set up this way. Its not baseball.
Dude if I was an owner I’d grab a young offensive minded coach and tell him “here’s a 5 year deal, build the team your way. You’ll get the full 5 years to do it.”
Appreciate your feedback always regarding the Bears, Albert. Thank you.
We need an offensive coach it is not 1985 we need to score 30 pts a games
I'm kind of warming up to Pete Carroll.
Exactly that he will make it a POINT to draft Nick Emmonwori.
Me too, but hopefully he brings or they all agree on a succession plan...
Dolphins players show up late to Mike McDaniel's meeting. That's not a "leader of Men".
Vrabel is just fine, as I went to my first Bears game in 1967 and watched real warriors! Oh the Rams kicked are ass that day. Just make the right choice before i F--king Die😅
LOL - PERFECT
Remember, the last time we had a HC named Mike, we won the Superbowl.
That was 40 years ago. The NFL has changed
I remember when you said mayo wasnt going to be fired

Damning Ben Johnson with faint praise.
Woody is the main deterrent to Jets gig.
Mike McCarthy to the Jets is the best fit. He can make the Jets respectable again if the owner gets out of the conversation.
Watch the race to TANK next year especially NY teams to get Arch Manning
Apparently there are people out there like Albert Breer who actually believe the Private Equity guys are going to come in and "help". 😅

I couldn't agree more, need a better o line and a darn good offensive Coach that can lead the team.

All the other 31 teams in the league passed on Caleb. WilliamsThe bears should do the right thing and trade him away
um what. He was the first pick in the draft how did the other teams pass on him
Whoever does the TH-cam thumbnail pic for Breer nailed this shot of Caleb…Reminds me of smokin’ Jay Cutler! Those were fun times, and an funner meme 😂

Raiders will hire a Rufus. It is what they do. My bet is Flores to LV
Everybody knows who Chimdi Chekwa is. Who forgets a name like that?
Who's the best fit for the Bears? "Vrabel." Where will Vrabel go? "New England or Las Vegas."
Ummm ... why not the Bears?
A little too rough, a little in the mold of a "Ditka" type. He might scare George another words
@@richj011 Exactly.
Relationships dude - that's why. NE roots, familiarity with Kraft, lots of NE guys he can tap into. And Kraft will pay more. Simple really.
Arron Glen to jet??? Please not Rex!!
We need to get back to fundamental football. Strong defense and strong running game.
Pete Carroll.
Agree. Love Pete Carroll.
Mike McDaniel does not present like someone comfortable in their own skin. Nice kid, means well, not a leader
Mike is going to New England and so we need to move on if he goes there and get a coach who can coach CW up
Robert craft allowed him to be trading so why in the hell would he want to go back there
Bears are making a DEI hire.
Carrol
Pete Carroll would be a home run.
Mike V going home to New England. Top candidates aren't taking the Jets job, there be lucky if they get Rex Ryan.
Will Woody Johnson promise that his teenagers won't be making personnel decisions?

Josh McCown as HC… Thomas Brown as OC Mike Singletary as DC…..

David Shaw is the answer, keen offensive mind championship mentality.
