"You don't get good results by hoping for them. You get results with hard work, following the process and trusting your body." I hope you enjoyed this video and can take some motivation from it in these tough times. Thank you to Dave for all the amazing footage captured during the race and for writing the Dutch subtitles for you guys. Stay safe everyone ❤
I ride on Zwift about once per week, usually for recovery rides. I don't think. It 'sabotages' technique. There is no technique involved obviously but it definitely had a purpose
To be able to self analyse and critique performance is an important skill and one not everyone appreciates or executes. Yet it's one of the fundamentals to improving. "It's not the fact, it's how you react " Accepting what's happened and all the energy to how you deal with it.
Cameron your insight is beyond your years on this earth i can tell your dad and probably your mum have been instrumental in this balance. While i try as a 44 year old man racing cyclocross(badly) and bringing up a 13 year old son looking for this balance in him i look forward to your journey and im sure it will be great i have been watching since before (biscuits will get me home lol) something like that.
Can't win 'em all mate. All the more kudos to you for being so brutally honest and open about everything, it's great for lesser beings like me who realise a) that even pro's sometimes struggle to juggle everything, and b) it's normal and natural. You being so forthright about it goes a long way to you being one of everyone's favourite riders.
It was an epic day that left us all watchers simply astonished. You did an amazing job, Cameron, just to make it to the finish line after such a series of mistakes and unluck. CX in such weather and track conditions goes almost beyond what is human-sustainable!
Cameron I need help, how on earth do you wash your kit after riding in such conditions? My white tops are ruined, 1000 mud splats that no matter what we did, just wont come out!! Any tips mate??
Haha, this skinsuit was not white ever again but luckily we can ride with new ones at races. For training kit a good pre rinse with a hose will get most of the mud out

Cameron Mason keep going big man
Do you ride much on zwift or do you think it sabotages technique and bike handeling
